I had Toyo AT3's and they were fantastic! I have since changed to 35x11.5R17 Falken Wlldpeak AT4W's (C rated) and they are also fantastic!
IMO, you can't go wrong with either tire.. As far as road noise goes, I don't notice them but I am old, hard of hearing and I also usually have my radio...
People can call 315's as a 35 if they want but I'll continue to correct them as it's a pet peeve of mine.
The other poster called me, and the other person out more than once, who were correcting his false info. He then decided to doubled down on it. 🤷♂️
Meh, it's the internet, I get...
You are going off manufacturer stated specs. Those manufacturer created specs are intentional to make you think a 315 is a 35.. it is NOT, and it's not even close!
You previously said this, which is absolutely false. You proceeded to call everyone out who tried to correct you, and now you are...
LOL...
Not sure why you are pushing fake info so hard but...
Measure a 315/70R17 aired up and under load then put a 35x11.5x17 aired up and under load..
Here, let me do that for you:
315/70R17 aired up and under load = 33 1/8
A 35x11.5x17 aired up and under load = 34 1/4
The difference...
False marketing claims aside, the stock 315's are not 35's.. Not even close..
The stock Goodyear's are well known rock slingers but they are pretty lightweight. If you off-road, I'd consider something different as the sidewalls are also pretty thin and puncture easily..

I recently replaced my Rough Country Rock Sliders (frame mounted) with DV8 Rock Sliders (also frame mounted).
My reason for the switch is I had a Colorado trip planned where more intense rock bashing would likely occur..
The RC sliders were a plus because they also acted as a sidestep but that...
My Badlands came with a somewhat respectable compliment of skids but there were a few areas left unprotected that I thought needed to be.
Today I completed the last of my frame mounted rock rails and skid plate installs..

I've had mine for about a year and use It often. I bought mine direct from the manufacturer of the kit. FYI: Motley is the actual manufacturer and supplier of the kit to Ford.

Yeah, 9 out of 10 posts over there were 'rules are rules' type posts.. It was seriously annoying.. You don't see it much here, or on Bronco Nation, but I guess some are still doing it..
It's a weird reddit thing. People drive around looking for another Bronco to park next to so they can take a photo and upload it with the title 'Rules are rules'....
