  1. Ford Performance Winch with Sensors (ACC, Camera, and Parking) Works Fine; Parts List and Photos

It's also a shame because it's one of the best winch mounts out there. It includes frame horn reinforcement and is incredibly solidly built. I actually did have a different mount (IAG) that I bought but never installed because it was clearly not sufficient for any lateral load. The other...
  2. Anyone Off-Roaded With Pets? How Hard Is It Really?

Copper absolutely loves it. He thinks it's all us chasing things so he can bark at them. He doesn't seem to mind technical stuff and getting bounced around, though I don't take him on anything too crazy. He's clipped in to a strap across the rollbar, but loves to stick his head out the top or...
  3. Ford Performance Winch with Sensors (ACC, Camera, and Parking) Works Fine; Parts List and Photos

I can confirm the link worked just a few days ago, fwiw. I was installing things, so I was checking installation instructions frequently and that exact link definitely worked... It's not showing up in searches on the various Ford accessory sites, either...
  4. New! Hothead Headliner for the Bestop Sunrider® – ORDER Now! 🚀

Just wanted to say that I've been waiting while for y'all to come out with this, and thanks so much for including the 2-door variant from the get-go! Ordered and looking forward to it!
  5. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Got the winch install wrapped up. It's the Ford performance mount on the capable bumper. Pretty happy with it overall!
  6. Ford Performance Winch with Sensors (ACC, Camera, and Parking) Works Fine; Parts List and Photos

@CDub from the OC - It's possible with the capable bumper, but requires some modifications / cutting of small parts of the bumper. I just did it the other day. @RagnarKon has a great walkthrough of what needs to be done to make it work on the capable bumper:
  7. 8112 Flash Sale for $5,449 // One Kit Only!

Well that was faster than expected! Won't fit under the tree, but close enough! Thanks again @Hotshot Offroad !!
  8. 8112 Flash Sale for $5,449 // One Kit Only!

Well.... My wife already said I could upgrade the suspension as my present this year... Done! :) I'm pretty stoked!
  9. While in 4L and rock crawling engine revs unexpectedly with no pedal input.

It's an issue anytime it needs to downshift in 4L and it will catch you by surprise. Rather than trying to fix it, I'd recommend manual mode for any steep descent and most rock crawling as well. You really do want to control the shifts in most of those cases anyway. The automatic let's you...
  10. Merry Christmas from TrailRax🎄 Snow Wheeling Fun this Weekend

Nice! We just cut our tree last weekend. Wound up finding the best option nearer to the highway than where we initially explored. It's a lot smaller, but we have a 2dr with the half rack, so a giant tree wasn't an option. And also, we don't have those warehouse height ceilings either....
  11. Old school hardtop

I have to say that a 2dr hardtop with the sunrider on the front (i.e. short flip up soft top in place of the 2 front panels) has been a really nice in between option. It's loud at times, but the ability to flip up the top at a stop light along with not having to mess with flexible rear windows...
  12. Could Bronco be getting a brother? Ford Everest spotted in Colorado

One might even say a "FordRunner"!
  13. Could Bronco be getting a brother? Ford Everest spotted in Colorado

The Sport is very much the Subaru with a Ford emblem, FWIW. I call mine a "Ford Forester". I think the Bronco Sport is great, but they're very much squarely aimed at competing with Subaru. The Everest is a lot different in a lot of ways.
  14. Autumn colors & Bronco - Post them up!

Some pictures from last weekend and the weekend before, both generally around American Fork Canyon in Utah (Mary Ellen Gulch without the snow and Timpooneke road with the snow):
  15. 2-Door Rear Armrest Option Now Available! …as DIY from Amazon.

Just checked mine and can confirm: No rear seats. They just kinda evaporate after a few months. Don't know what happens to them :p
  16. Balanced my tires with a screwdriver.

Those tires really are the worst when it comes to collecting and throwing gravel. They also have surprisingly weak sidewalls, but given their light weight, that's the tradeoff you make. With that said, don't forget to check for mud on the inside of the rims if the same thing happens again...
  17. Where's your Bronco taken you recently?

Lunch at 11,500' up in the Uintas yesterday. Only saw one other person all day, even on a holiday weekend.
  18. Where's your Bronco taken you recently?

Out around the southern half of the San Rafael Swell last weekend...
  19. Bronco Sport now has a SAS trim level...

Mine has gone on plenty of 3 and 4 rated trails. You don't need 35's and lockers to do mild to moderate trails. You do need to be able to pick lines well, but you can't take a typical passenger car on things I've taken the sport up regularly. It really is different than most crossovers. Hate on...
  20. Two Doors in '25: Base+Sasquatch vs. Badlands+Sasquatch - which & why?

I generally agree that the badlands (with or without sasquatch) is worth it. I have a 2dr badlands sasquatch, so I'm likely biased. However, if you're going for a manual, that's not quite as true as the automatic option would be. You lose some of the fancier things that the badlands has and...
