OK, please forgive me if I missed this in the discussions here. I have a manual Badlands non SAS, and want to add 35" tires to my setup (and likely upgrade suspension.) What is the smart move for a rig that isn't for looks, per se, but primarily for performance. This is my first time adding...
Hey Bronco lovers.
Like you, I've been out enjoying the Bronco, scraping skid plates and driving around town and the trails. I've seen enough sasquatch versions of the Bronco around, and although I like my 33'' tire setup, I'm seriously looking at upgrading to 35'' tires (37'' is TEMPTING, but...
I do, but a soft top in general is just too noisy.
I will also say that the factory top, because it was lighter, was easier to put back with one person. I ended up preordering an ADV hard top. Hurt the wallet a lotttt, but it’s worth it in the end.
It's definitely the seat itself. It seems to come and go, as I couldn't replicate the issue when I brought it in to the dealership.
I will say though that the seatbelt strap does the same thing, especially when the windows are down.
Yeah man! If you end up going over there, I just want as many pics of the modular top as possible. I pestered them for not having more content available to order holders (starting to feel like a similar feeling when we were waiting for Broncos LOL) But I'm sure they'll be putting out more videos...
Did something crazy today y'all. I pre-ordered the adv fiberglass hardtop. As fun as the soft top is, there's road noise and the issue with not being able to haul things around on the roof without buying an aftermarket solution ($2k-$3k) easily. It's verrrry expensive, but this other top will...
What all did you get? I’m just perusing around their website and it’s not the most intuitive when it comes to knowing what to get (it seems like they want you to buy everything haha)
not rattling in the truck space, but I feel like my passenger seat shakes a lot when it’s not occupied by a person. Took it to the dealer and of course, we couldn’t replicate the issue on a bumpy road haha.
I wanted to get some input from the Bronco community before my dealer tells me this is “just what off-road vehicles do” but I feel like when I’m on bumpy roads recently, the front passenger seat seems to be vibrating a lot, to the point where it’s making a rattling noise. My immediate guess is...
Another question for you :)
Where did you tap into the speakers from for the install? Rear speakers or the front? Did you do any special settings (low pass/high pass crossovers) on the kicker key amp?
Thanks for the pictures! I'm thinking of putting my kicker hideaway in the same spot using the same method. I have a four door, so running wire might be a tad more cumbersome, but just wanted to see how easy/hard this part was for you, and just the install in general? Thanks!
Happy Friday and I hope there aren't any stragglers on here!
I've already seen an orange and a gray Bronco Raptor out in the wild. Don't even wanna know how much they paid for it.
I see Broncos every day, and it makes me happy. Hope you all have a good weekend!
