I went to one of the Think Ford First events a few months ago. Got a carabineer, the hat, and 11,000 ford pass reward points.

I know a guy who knows a guy... Anyway they said "here are some bolts" and now I have Bronco Bolts.

I contacted Customer Support again, and this time they were pretty horrified. I guess I have a pretty early reservation and they don't understand how it got so messed up. They're going to work with my dealer, if its a training issue, and try to resolve it. But either way, I'm likely in the 2022...

@Mattwings It is 11 on my sheet, but I'm talking about the "Golden ticket" that dealers got. They told me they were going to use their one and only priority bump on my order.

It got worse. Ford cancelled my reservation and I had to create a new one. They're assuring me I haven't lost my place/timestamp, but it is very strange.

I've had a case with Customer Support open for awhile, they finally got back to me today. They said the dealership needs to resubmit my order with the reservation code/number before it will be linked to my account. Without that I'm just in the back of line even though I have a 7/14 reservation...

Mine still shows as a reservation, but the dealership swears my order is submitted... I have that confirmation email that backs up and order is submitted too. I have a ticket open with customer support on why my reservation doesn't show as an order. Am I alone?
