Did you double check the plugs for the actuator? Some of these new vehicle plugs are a pain in the ass to seat fully.

Pull the battery let it sit for a few minutes then reconnect also make sure that the actuator can move freely.

I agree was looking at it and yes it's thin but at the same time it looks like the plastic injection points all throughout the exo help make it more rigid possibly?

I'm guessing they must be replacing the harness then cause the battery sensor is right on top of the battery negative post.

Id clean with a rag and look again in a bit to see if it's actually just coming from the transfer case output seal like other have posted. It looks to me like it's dripping down the body to that bolt from the seal ?

Yeah it's more that the dealers in my area struggle even with an oil change and coated my engine bay in oil along with interior so something that actually requires more detail like this seems like a bad time
