104 Broncos blended in with normal Ranger production. I believe the +4 were the last units finished by body last week tacked onto today's planned 100.

Final Assembly. MAP has a unique layout, where there are 2 separate body and paint shops (1 for Ranger, one for Bronco), that then feed parts over a set of RR tracks and onto a blended final assembly line. There are some teething pains with Final adjusting to the MP2 pace. Thus the SLOW ramp...

Our Bronco dreams took another big step forward last night, as Phase 1 Mass Production ended at the transition from day shift to night shift, and Phase 2 Mass Production is officially underway. This is a few days earlier than the planned transition date of 5/3. Published Job1 remains unchanged...

Bronco's slower transition from MP2 speed (5/3) to full speed (August) is partly due to the chip shortage. Unless there is a drastic change in expected availability, I don't expect the current ramp up to be impacted.

Issues with holes for the self-threading body mounting bolts lining up and a bottleneck in paint, nothing to be concerned about.

MP1 is winding down. 40 went thru on Thursday and they've slowed down to just a few per shift since. A few, um, "hiccups" to address before MP2 / Job1 on 5/3 but nothing of major concern.
