Again, for me, for $4k more, I'm in a Braptor. That's too close in base MRSP for what amounts to a loaded Badlands with funky paint. I'm glad the Stroppe exists, as I think it's a neat vehicle, but it's obviously not selling well, and I'd point to the price as a major reason.
I really like the Stroppe, but pricing is why it's flopped. Even as a 2 door owner, if I went to a dealer and saw the Stroppe next to a Braptor, and they were nearly the same price, I know which vehicle I'm leaving with. It needs to have its MSRP dropped by at least $10k.
I don't really use the roof rack, so I guess I'd go with that. I ordered it with because I figured it was better to save some $$ on the initial vehicle order, rather than pay extra as a dealer ordered accessory. I'm not losing sleep over a seldom used $365 accessory item, though.
I'm pretty...
My pickup anniversary will be in a few days as well. I haven't done a ton to it, replaced the meshed nets in the door after they ripped, added grab handles and a device mount. That's about it. I'm 50/50 on brining it in to get the hardtop looked at, but I have to decide pretty darn quickly. It...
Yep, those are paper wasps, not yellowjackets. Yellowjackets would've already been pissed you got near them. I'll relocate paper wasps if possible, but yellowjackets I go scorched earth on when I see them.
Granted, I still wouldn't want them building nests in or on my vehicle, so I would just...
Don't remove the doors like they do in the Ford video. Seriously, the way it gets lifted in this vid is guaranteed to chip your paint: (vid starts at the bad part)
The doors lift off super easy and do not require the hard jerk to get them off the hinges.
TFL gives the Bronco the win and people are still mad. I mainly watched it to see how the T33 trail looked, I haven't run it yet, and plan on going at some point this summer as it's not terribly far from me.
I get some folks don't think it's hard, but it isn't TFL ranking it, most of the trail...
A possible different squeak source. For me, I had what I thought was a pedal squeak from day 1. Ended up that it was my seat, the cushion was squeaking against the plastic outer shell. I put some Aquafor on there, no more squeak.
I met up with some friends last September in the area. I got lucky, I arrived a few hours before the other 3 in my group, and decided to hit Engineer. I saw one other vehicle the entire time, which of course, set up some rather unmet expectations for the rest of the trip. It wasn't too bad, but...
I remember attending a Bronco owner's event with the engineering team. One of the guys I met with, we had a specific conversation around 5 tire rotations, and how he personally fought for the TPMS to be included in the spare. He was pretty proud his team was able to win that fight.
I've also...

Ford is awfully proud of that visor though!
