So here was my first attempt. I did have to relocate the winch because I didn’t factor in the sag of the straps. Figuring out the CG took some trial and error but I think I got it. Wrapping the roll bars in towels is key to prevent scratches on the way up.

Could you use the same solution for the Hardtop? I am going to eventually have both and would be good if a Hardtop Hoist could work for the soft top as well.

And I have to give a shout out for the team @Discount Tire. Supply chain backups have made this a long process but they were super professional, did a quick job on swapping out the wheels and had me in and out in less than an hour. Will definitely be back in when I get my new Nittos!
