I was trying to order with a dealer that was saying "Ford won't accept any orders for anything other than a 4-cylinder 4 door soft top". I got in touch with another dealer and my order for a V-6 2-door hard top was accepted by Ford with no issues.

For a couple months I got the same "we can't order that" story from Dealer A (small dealer).
Dealer B (BIG dealer) was able to put in my order a few days ago, no problem. I got the confirmation from Ford to prove it.

There's been a rumor floating around that Ford stopped accepting orders for 2 door Broncos several months ago. Now I'm wondering if they're taking orders for 2 doors again. When did you order? Did you have a reservation?
If that's true then you're going to have to explain to me how this device overrides the PCM's factory throttle body control strategy without requiring PCM reprogramming.
This device might get the throttle signal to 100% a few milliseconds faster than your foot could, but AFAIK the PCM is still...
This type of device merely modifies/re-maps the throttle signals coming from the pedal assembly to fool the PCM into thinking you're pushing the pedal down more than you actually are. It might make the vehicle feel faster....until it tops out at the same 100% the stock pedal signal sends.
