Been rockin' RC's 2" N3 coilover kit for just over a year and recently upgraded to M/T's Legend EXP 295/70r18 A/Ts. FTW, we're more than pleased with the handling and ride this setup delivers.
Been rockin' on stockies ridin' on the RC N3 2" coilover lift kit the past year. Finally found a steal with these brand new MT Baja Legend EXP 295/70r18s. She sitting beefy. The wife is happy!
Reviving for those that may be in the market and looking...
275/70 would work well stock. Running with RC's 2" N3 coilover kit and just installed 295/70s on the stocks. No rub or any cutting.
I just put 295/70r18s on our Bronco yesterday. From the shop to home, as mentioned, road manners are great. No balancing issues, tires run smooth, and no notable tread hum.
Voted on 5 and the most important for us is ensuring all tires have the proper tire pressure. My OCD ensures I fill up our wiper fluid reservoir with distilled water, the rear cargo area is cleaned and cleared of clutter and frequently vacuum the interior (footwells a must).
Anyone done it on their OBX? Have an opportunity to buy a capable bumper but not sure if it's a simple conversion swap with existing fasteners and/or modifications required to execute. Pics and some DIY info what is needed is greatly appreciated. Mahalo in advance! 🤙🏾
