Oh wow man that's crazy so a 37 should be no problem at +12mm offset 17x9 wheels. Which 38x13.50 are you running and which lift kit and shocks are you using? Did you have to use the JKS kit and did you have to trim anywhere else besides the rock rails?
Makes sense, so if you go with 13.50 width tires, what is the most positive offset you could go with safely (rough estimateof course). I'm thinking 0mm or +6mm maybe, assuming proper 3 inch lift kit.
That's why I am so confused because Icon recommends 0mm offset with their lift kit when using 37x12.50r17 tires and Readylift recommends +18mm on their site, and I'm here sitting wondering what the offset should be for 37x13.50r17s on 17x9 wheels. I am assuming on a 13.50 width, it should be...
Looks like they have updated the chart as the old chart made no logical sense.
Looks like they updated this table as it didn't make sense.

Oh wow so the Falken in 38 is true to 38, that's good to know. I like that one because it is a D load; however I am considering the new Toyo RT Pro as well. I still got some time before, I do this. Do you recommend steering rack upgrade for this either the new Ford one or the 74 weld, also do...
I appreciate your input, I also think 37x13.50r17 would work with the JKS kit, and taking off crash bars, and I hope I don't have to trim rock sliders. If people can fit the big Toyo 37 which is 560 revolutions at 14.6 inch width then a Toyota RT Pro at 565 revolutions and 13.6 inch width...
It's interesting you brought this up, I was on their page just now and they recommend +18mm offset wheels when using their kit, they also claim at the +18mm positive offset you can run 37x12.50 tires as well as 38x12.50 tires. Your picture illustrates the upper control arm rubbing on the spring...
Yeah, but they are advertising 38s and I think they also got the internal bump stops which they limit any kind of rubbing, at least that is my assumption maybe I am way off since I am a newbie at all this.
Here is the link to their lift kit...
Oh wow, well forget that then lol I am def not doing that. I will just stick with whatever the suspension offers in that case. Readylift has a decent gap between wheel and the fender and they claim you can run a 38 with their lift kit which uses 3.3 Falcon shocks; however, I do like the AccuTune...
See I thought adding those body lifts is what would cause that CV problem not through the shock. I just want more space between the tire and fender but don't want to compromise anything lol. Thanks for the input hard to make a decision on anything.
Another feedback is also providing an option for a bit more lift purely for people who want to run 38s and maybe see a bit bigger space between the tire and the fenders. This is purely for the purposes of the look, for some reason I like more space between the fender and tire despite this...
Would be nice to have the little shock skid plates t
Would be nice to see the little skid plates that can be mounted to protect your expensive shocks, I think Readylift and BDS offer those as part of their package. Maybe even have tie rods as an option to go with the kit. Also Clarify exact...
I want the portals but don't
Will AccuTune have an option for up to stage 5 suspension on the Bronco like they do on the Jeep, right now I see bronco having options up to stage 3 whereas Jeep has it up to stage 5 to run 40s. Maybe stage 5 can't be done with the IFS Bronco.
So out of curiosity, does the weight of the tire/wheel setup also dictate which spring you get or is it negligible? For instance the Toyota MTs in 37x13.50 are 94 lbs whereas some ATs in 37x12.50 are 63lbs. Huge difference in weight for roughly the same size tire on paper.
Oh ok I see, so they are all roughly the same, just wonder what the shock differences are between Icon for instance and Ride. I noticed Icon has that controller that does everything on the fly for you but not sure if the shock itself is better than Ride. I'm sure they are all decent.
I hear you, I def don't know what I'm talking about lol So need help. I like the look of the 13.50s and want them bad but if it can't be done with 13.50 I will do 12.50, just need to know the limits. I was going to get that JKS clearance kit too.
