Hey Dan,
Muddiness lies between 300-700 hz typically, i would try dropping those frequencies down on the master eq as a starting point.
1. 6 inch speakers in a 2 way setup like the bronco should run from 80hz-300hz, this is your mid bass. Below 80hz is sub frequencies
2. Leave the crossover...
We actually are working on a fix for the no audio on startup, the fix is in beta testing at the moment and should be released first week of November. Keep an eye out.
What was the ambient temperature out when it overheated?
If you can recreate this event consistently I can send you some...
The ACM is the audio gateway/masternode, you would need to swap the ACM to enable A2B to then use our amp and code the APIM back to what it was. The A2B circuit is not physically populated on a non B&O ACM
See here...
The first byte that was A is your expect DSP messages (B&O amp volume repsonses), 2 is off, A is on.
You can go back to your original coding and just change the A to a 2.
This is exactly what i thought... I read the title and thought oh my goodness if this guy is happy with the B&O he probably also thinks a Toyota Camry is fast. Glad it was a misleading title 😂 😂
Hey Rick,
Yes it does. Due to the cup holders on the rear quarter panel trim our amp sticks out too far if mounted on the factory sub box with our bracket and the panel won't go back on.
Best bet is to use the MTI amp mount board and a tail gate subwoofer solution. Otherwise you'll need to...
Sounds like a plan to me. Make sure you grab a UMIK-1 or similar and ill help you guys do a full RTA tune remotely. As the time comes near send me a PM and ill organise the amp.
We are currently working on an high-level to A2B converter that will allow base audio broncos to fit the same K2 9 channel A2B amp. We also will have a harness that has some extra wires to run the dash speakers active. This project though has been put on the back burner a bit as we have been...
This is pretty outrageous from the dealer... The factory amplifiers have built in over current/short circuit protection. You shouldnt be able to kill it even if you tried. I would say faulty amp.
Our amps use similar chips to the factory except more expensive. You can short speaker wires...
If I happen to end up with a spare Bronco with B&O one day ill be sure to keep you in mind ;)
Oh wow! that would have been fantastic. Well please let me know if you find anyone willing. Maybe they will overcome their camera shyness if a discounted mObridge amp is on offer! We are happy to come...
Hey all!
We are looking for someone who has videography experience to help us shoot a install video!
We will post you out a kit, you install it and video it and we will handle the rest.
For Payment we will work out a screaming deal on the amp kit!
Is anyone interested in shooting a video for...
The alternator on the Broncos is reasonably strong. We haven't seen any need for dual batteries with any of our amp installs.
The factory amp is the issue when it comes to audio in the B&O system
