I agree. A front dig should be available on both auto and the manual. Basically it is allowing the driver to brake a wheel independantly. Some rigs had two brake handles for the rear that operated each wheel seperately.
It should be available in the manual, but it appears Ford ISN"T...
I can't believe it is a limitation given that you can get a badlands with a manual. Plus, unless they restrict the owner putting on 35's with a manual, it shouldn't matter. Why would they "listen" if it was an engineering problem. They would just say NO, like they did to the manual / 2.7L combo.
Maybe, but I still think Ford will change the Sas with a manual. However, everything else is set in stone for the first year (interiors, exterior colors, etc). I don't want a dark interior, I don't want to switch out my interior on a new car and I don't really like the exterior...
Who said you can't tow 5000 lbs? There is no system on the vehicle that will NOT allow it. Just take your time and tow carefully. Who cares what Ford says.
On the other hand, if you tow like crazy person (and I see it all the time), then you are in trouble. I would have no problem towing 5K...
I have already explained that you have MORE control over a vehicle with a manual than with an auto.
It appears you can't handle the truth. Son, we live in a world that mainly has autos, and those autos require little to no thinking. Who's gonna drive a manual? You? Your wife? I have a greater...
The person who has a bad credit score, but wants the latest and greatest gadgets. They will never take it off road and end up selling it / giving it back to Ford within 6 months. That is the lightly used vehicle I would look for.
