  2. Soft top with rear open on Badlands Bronco

Ease of use! I've taken the hard top off a Jeep before and it's sometimes cumbersome. It looks pretty neat too with the back open.
  3. Cost Over MSRP

You don’t HAVE to pay that. One of the dealers near me with hundreds of reservations is marking the Bronco up $5k over MSRP and I’m sure 80% of their customers will blindly pay it! You’re in the right place, plenty of fair deals shared here!
  4. Soft top with rear open on Badlands Bronco

Soft top looks so good! I’m just 99% sure an aftermarket Hard Top would cost more, maybe it’s worth getting both!!!
  5. If I'm getting auto with 2.3L,might as well get V6 for $250?

It's only a $300 difference in the US, but if the Mid-package is giving some trims an automatic transmission without paying for it, then you might save even more with that option!
  6. Let's do the MPG math

Can anyone do reverse math on this? 96 miles til empty on a 2DR with 1/4 left in a 16.9 gallon tank. What is that? Like 22ish MPG? pic by Utah.bronco bad math by me.
  7. PICS: Some more Broncos in the wild (Arizona)

More pics by @enro Taken from @nancy Schmid in Peoria, AZ.
  8. So... We ordering our Bronco's in a few weeks?

Yes. Also 0% financing from Ford Credit but after they realized it was a hit, they quickly raised the interest rates.
  9. So... We ordering our Bronco's in a few weeks?

If you compare the timeline to Bronco Sport launch. A massive information dump including MPG specifics, ratings, reviews, dealer tours, etc. came in mid-late October. Just days before VINS were assigned and job one in Mexico.
  10. Levine confirms 2021 Model Year reservations will be built BEFORE dealer stock

Not sure that would help the dealer. It’s confirmed if they don’t deliver the Bronco to their original order placer they are penalized through allocation. So if you reserve two, they’ll be penalized for the second one you don’t take. Hence some dealers will have higher deposits.
  11. 2DR vs 4DR Color Choice Thread (Pick one of each)

Yeah we gotta see that grey MIC top paired With all the other colors...
  12. Insurance for the 2021 Bronco

Depends on your insurance company. I got 20% off my quote with Progressive for having collision detection and Toyota Safe. $70 a month.
  13. Insurance for the 2021 Bronco

Same experience with the safety discounts. I’m getting the features and turning them off. My insurance is $420 for half a year and I’m under 30yo.
  14. POLL Which Model Will Become Late Delivery?

If you compare it to Jeep, there are rarely ANY base (especially manual) new Wranglers readily available. They don’t come off the line as often because they don’t make a reasonable amount of profit for the dealer or carmaker. Get it while you can because they probably won’t be ordered by the...
  15. 2021 Bronco 4 Door SOFT-TOP manufacturer

Not the best video, but here's the standard Soft Top off a Rubicon. Looks close to what the Bronco pre-productions look like.

  17. Dealer asking for $500 Deposit at time of Order

Did some digging. It's an allocation penalty according to someone that owns a Ford dealership. No specific details to share though.
  18. Dealer asking for $500 Deposit at time of Order

I'm super curious what the "penalty" is as well. Most businesses can factor ANY "monetary penalty" into the cost when they sell something. See the VW "penalty" for lying about EPA regulations, they still made off with profit. If it's an allocation or delivery penalty then it bears a little more...
  19. Texas Dealership Offers?

Before I joined the TX Buyer's Group, I was originally reserved at Jordan Ford in San Antonio, TX. Nothing above MSRP, but no word on ADM or specifics yet.
  20. Jim Farley Q3 Earnings Call

I was on the call. It’s not that Bronco isn’t a priority, it’s that the company goal isn’t just the one model. EV and globalization is why Ford has fallen behind, barely in the top ten automakers. They need to focus on those aspects or they will never make an impact anywhere outside of the US...
