  1. Crashed Mine... 45mph T-Bone [Updated w/ Photos]

Glad you’re OK, most important thingšŸ‘ I’d push for it being totaled as the damage looks fairly significant and (personally) I wouldn’t want to keep a vehicle with such a significant rebuild, never the same. Had a 2005 F-150 (12k miles)that had front end damage and never drove the same. Turns...
  2. Bronco as a convertible…

Excellent spot, where is this, (if you want to share)šŸ˜‰

  6. Bronco as a convertible…

Always, turn it down when pulling up to a light, parking lot, etc., common courtesyšŸ‘
  7. Bronco as a convertible…

LOL, never a dull moment herešŸ‘šŸ˜Š
  8. Bronco as a convertible…

Probably just me, but one of my favorite things to do with my Bronco is to drive topless! At city speeds it is great with top off, windows down and tunes blaring. At freeway speeds with windows up the wind flows over the top and out the back. I’ve owned several convertibles over the years...
  9. Anybody else experiencing these screen bootup, backup camera and ambient lighting issues?

FWIW, my ambient lighting hasn’t been consistent since picking up the Bronco last July. Many times it will revert to the lowest setting necessitating a reset. No idea why this is happening and since I don’t do a lot of nighttime driving I haven’t really worried about it…please post if you...
  10. NYE to Tahoe with a peek into the Rubicon.

Awesome experience and thank you for sharing…spent lots of time in Tahoe in my youth and thank you for helping me realize I need to get back there! My brother had a condo on the Kingsbury Grade near the (IIRC) Stagecoach Gondola lift for Heavenly Valley…we skied, did MTBs down the grade into...
  11. It’s MY25, your Bronco is getting a refresh, what are your most desired changes/adjustments?

    1) full digital dash gauges 2) larger fuel tank (24 gallons minimum) 3) separately adjustable steering mode (normal/comfort/sport) 4) better (scratch resistant) interior panels 5) memory switches for seat and mirror positions programmable to key fob 6) better/brighter interior lighting 7) A...
  12. Bilstein 6112 suspension kit installed…WOW! HUGE improvement over stock OBX Hitachi coilovers

FWIW, I upgraded from a non-SAS Hibachi suspension. So I went with Bilstein 6112s (wanted to upgrade from the soft Hibachi springs). In my case the improvement was amazing, seriously reduced brake dive and suspension ā€œwallowā€ā€¦definitely a firmer, more controlled - but not harsh ride. Good luck!
  13. Reasonable brake upgrade

FWIW, when I upgraded at 4k mi., from OBX non-SAS to 6112s w/35s, my initial driving impression was very similar, felt like I needed a bit more pedal pressure to stop and felt as if stopping distance had increased a bit. Chalked it up to heavier wheel/tire combo and don’t notice it anymore...
  14. Advice on windshield crack please….

Given the damage is not right in your line-of-sight and our windshields upright position, (meaning more chips to come), I’d wait for more serious damage down the road. Repair it, and take satisfaction knowing that you have a ā€œroad testedā€ windshield you don’t have to worry aboutšŸ˜‰
  15. Hellwig rear anti-sway bar installation advice

Ok, so in over my head here and need someone to school me. I've been looking into installing the Hellwig rear sway bar on my 23 non-SAS OBX. I have an approx 2" lift installed (Bilstein 6112) with 35s. I've been speaking with the Hellwig engineer and we did determine that I have both the...
  16. Best location for Bronco script?

Mine came with a template for mounting, lined up perfectly. Also agree with others, not a fan of the Bronco ā€œsportā€ script as well as needing to remove the oem sticker badge…looks too cluttered with both script and oem sticker badge…just my .02 of course, your Bronco, your choicešŸ‘
  17. Ford OEM roof rack with Thule Roof Box

Thank you, enjoy your upcoming ski adventurešŸ‘
  18. Bilstein 6112 Suspension w/OEM SAS Wheels installed - FINAL UPDATE!

Those wheels/tires look good on the Ranger…assuming you didn’t have any balancing issues?
  19. Bilstein 6112 Suspension w/OEM SAS Wheels installed - FINAL UPDATE!

My tire guy did say the K02’s were sometimes more out of balance than other brands, still was hard to believe that all 5 would use so much weight…suspected it might be partially the OEM wheels. Thanks for your feedback.
  20. Ford OEM roof rack with Thule Roof Box

Nice set up, off topic but which tailgate table and molle bags are you using? About to pull the trigger on same set up and yours look clean, thxšŸ‘ Oh, are you happy with quality fit & finish?
