  1. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

Your situation is even weirder than mine as both your tires are LT, my stock OBX tire was a regular metric so because I changed to an LT tire it kind of “made sense” to me that I needed the same tire pressure as LT tires (and especially my E rated Ridge Grapplers) have higher load ratings so 35...
  2. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

Just wanted to give an update that PCM relearn option worked for me today, and NO I did not download the latest version released 04/19/22, I used the previous version 2.3.46 released on 02/07/22, so I am not sure why but it did, it is worth a try, and if it doesn't then perform the PCM service...
  3. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

Thanks for the camera calibration info, I am going to leave as it is, it is working just fine right now and even if it is not that accurate I do not really care, I only use the random "pull" as a reminder to pay attention to lanes. Regarding the DTCs yes I know I can clear them using Forscan, I...
  4. Mo' zone lighting and mo' cameras - forscan

I would love to have these features you listed as well, good thinking!! Did you find a way? thanks
  5. 2021+ Bronco ForScan Thread

Hello, I was playing with Forscan modules to see what's available, I found this one interesting. Please do not approach my post as I WANT to go over governed 101 mph, I KNOW Broncos are not exactly designed to go fast (along with the tire speed ratings) and it is a peril for me and others. Just...
  6. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

thank you very much for this, playing with FORSCAN i found this under thanks for your help, I followed your instructions yesterday and I ran PCM Reset all Adaptations service function and that cleared the PCM 160a DTC code. two tings: Today I read DTCs just to be sure there is no DTC and I...
  7. Help choosing trim

Can you fit 35 Sasquatch tires on a stock outer banks by just removing the crash bars? Or you need to do something else?? Thanks
  8. Took a stock Outer Banks Bronco through Hells Revenge @ Moab đź‘€

hi there I have an Outerbanks too with stock Bridgestones. I purchased for the city but after watching videos I am really considering taking it off-road, I didn’t get the lockers and I read that most of the time the line you take is more important than lockers. OP Did you need to engage the...
  9. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Haha thanks for defending me, I didn’t take those messages in a bad way, I am 100% sure my truck is fine, and yes I am sure a lot of people drive in 4H inadvertently just to find out later when they are trying to park or so. I think the thread became productive because we discussed slippery mode...
  10. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Yes I agree, But even for new 4x4 owners here you can REALLY tell binding doesn’t feel right at all, and you will not drive it a lot this way. I really think the confusion is what slippery really means, by definition heavy rain is slippery and, there’s no a single warning when engaging 4H about...
  11. Dragging rear wheel while turning

do you have 4A and slippery mode selects 4A?? Because I do not have 4A and slippery mode selects 4H and I was able to select 2H after selecting slippery and no warning whatsoever (I didn’t drive it though just tested it while parked)
  12. Dragging rear wheel while turning

But you have a Badlands so you have the Advanced 4x4 system with 4A, Sport defaults to 4A but with your system that is fine, because 4A is most of the time 2H and only 4H if the system feels you are losing traction. You don’t need to do the 2 step process, and honestly I don’t think anybody...
  13. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Yes it does default to 4H if you don’t have the advanced 4A You can press 2H after selecting slippery mode which I believe would modulate throttle response while keeping 2H, but it is a two step process that I doubt Ford is expecting owners to do.
  14. Dragging rear wheel while turning

I agree, it is vague and you could interpret it either way especially as the first part focus on “DO NOT use 4WD drive on DRY hard surfaces” and rain is obviously not “dry” Honestly I don’t think it is a big deal, even “GOAT’s slippery” engages 4WD, and there’s no warning just like the other...
  15. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Yes but the manual states “less than ideal conditions …such as snow or ice” But I can imagine a lot of owners selecting it in the rain. Anyways, lesson learned, nothing happened and I will leave it in normal, eco or sport even if it pours rain.
  16. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Thanks for your thorough explanation, what I meant about “fragile” was that there’s no warnings In the dashboard, if the system could explode by using it on pavement I would assume Ford would put a warning on the screen when you engage it, “4H is not intended for pavement driving” or something...
  17. Dragging rear wheel while turning

hahah Good catch!! I have edited my last post now I will leave 4H alone now!!!
  18. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Hi there I did attend one of the Off-road events and they showed me a lot of things about off-roading but they never told me what to do in the city haha!! Anyways I should had read the manual to know that 4H is not for pavement driving unless it is REALLY slippery and today it was pouring rain...
  19. Dragging rear wheel while turning

I know exactly what happened, it was in 4H because I thought I needed to select that on a heavy rain (I was wrong) and when you select 2H it takes a bit of driving to fully disengage. I didn’t read the manual as I just got it and it rained really hard today and I thought 4H would be safer on the...
  20. Dragging rear wheel while turning

Yes it did but after selecting it from 4H, it seems the front axle disengages but you need to drive a little to fully disengage it
