That 0-60 time is insane for something that's supposed to be trail rated, but I'm curious about the weight too since all that power won't mean much if it's a 6000lb brick.
I'd go with the Icon Stage 8 since you already want to run 37s and the phone adjustment feature is pretty sweet for dialing it in on different terrain.

I'd rinse off all the heavy salt and grime first with water, then use a soaking wet microfiber towel with plenty of car soap to gently clean - the key is never wiping when there's still grit on there.
