yes. And, yes. Super simple job! Remove end cap plug and screws, remove cap. Tape and measure two inches from leading edge, following exact dimension. Cut. Drill two holes matching the originals in location. Clean up any burrs and/or rough edges. Paint. Reinstall cap, plug, and screw. Voila!
