I’ve been getting a few calls and emails from dealers in which I had first contact months ago and it’s obvious they are getting desperate and I would guess sales managers are pushing them to call around. Some are still holding onto 10k over msrp even though they have a handful of broncos...

Between those two trim levels would you have a preference of one vs the other?

Some of us have made it thru a few recessions in our lifetime so the economy crashing doesn’t scare some of us still willing to buy. Considering I’m blue collar I still ain’t paying over msrp for any vehicle.

Glad you guys are seeing with the rear lockers. Majority of OB in my area only have open diffs but then again terrain is mostly flat around these parts so those are perfect for mall crawler peeps.

It’s a given the longer it takes for pricing to be revealed the higher the price will be.

Just a little bit more for the ceiling to start coming down drastically.

All it takes is the first dealer in each market to sell Broncs at msrp and the rest will shortly follow.

I think to some the idea of Joe Schmoe paying 5k-50k more for a Bronco is that it continues the cycle of over priced Broncos which most aren’t willing to pay. I’m sure on a personal level no one cares for Joe Schmoe‘s personal finances it’s more about one’s own financial bottom line.

A month ago I had a dealer call me to offer Bronco someone backed out on. I refused to pay over msrp and he was sure it would sell over msrp quick, they still have the same Broncos on their lot a month later.

Hopefully, Ford dealer doesn’t say not covered by warranty 👎🏼

No, of course not just a custom order business model but very heavy on it going forward. I’m sure once 2023 Bronco order banks open for everyone else they will also close within days of opening due to so many custom orders even though Ford can’t fill 95% of them in a timely manner. 🤦🏻‍♂️

They sure did let dealers know about it. Every dealer advertises and pushes “custom order your 2023 Ford and save”. Obviously, when the order banks for Maverick opened on a Thursday and were closed 5 days later due to the high amount of custom orders I’m sure that’s a clear indication customers...

If Ford is serious about mostly going to a custom order business model they have to do away with the allocation system. Each of those business models contradict each other.

I turned down Area 51 wild track 2-dr that became available today with 5k ADM. Felt great to turn that 💩 down.

When order banks open for new 23’ orders, there’s been a lot of talk that they mostly would be for lower trim models. Would a base Sasquatch possibly be allowed to be ordered or has that been mentioned it would be a hard NO? I should add, I didn’t get a chance to see posted vid.
