I'm pretty sure a battery fire isn't an electric fire. Electric fires are easy to put out. You turn off the power. I Google it Li-ion battery fires are class B. Flammable liquid fire.
I personally don't care if the Bronco has a V8. I'm hoping for a V6. Me trolling? I'm not the one trying to say that the F150 power stroke is vastly superior in every way to a V8 Raptor.
Your Power Stroke F150 is vastly superior in every way? Really? Every way? Does it have superior power? Is it superior off-road? Oh wait!! You mean it's superior in every way that matters to you! I got it. It doesn't matter what others want because your way is the correct way.
It may be semantics but with the Bronco being a all new design with the next generation Ranger using the Bronco's base I think saying the next generation Ranger is going to be based off the Bronco is more true.
You mind letting us know what your definition of very soon is? I ordered a custom shift knob back in June and when I asked him about it 6 weeks ago he said it would be done very soon and I haven't seen it yet. So very soon means different things to different people. :cwl:
So that original quote was about the original '66 Bronco? Not the new modern Bronco? It sounded like you were talking about the new Bronco which we really don't know what function that they are focusing on. I really hope they focus on off-road capability. Though in all honesty I probably...
I would assume the majority of people searching out the new Bronco online are like you two mostly looking for the off-road for factor. I also assume that the vast majority of people buying them well be pavement pounders of whom off-road capability isn't there #1 function that they will be...
I guess that would depend on what function you are talking about. Not everyone is focused on offroad driving. For some that's a second, third, or even fourth in importance.
Damn there are some serious if you don't think my way you are wrong people in this forum. I didn't realize "what if?" posts along with fun were banned on here. I actually think it's fun. Especially since there hasn't been any real new information in awhile. Though there has been a lot of...
You keep mentioning the early Bronco had removable doors. As far I know they did not come from the factory that way. You could aftermarket them but they weren't original. The ones on my '74 were bolted on just like any other door on any other Ford.
Yeah, I would go with the "OJ abomination" over that one Nickp posted as well. Maybe it's because the one Nickp posted looks like a toy to me. It just doesn't look aggressive enough for me. Though I would still probably by one. :cwl: It doesn't look bad I just like the other better.
