  1. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Yes each of the stages have both billet and tubular versions. As for weight the aluminum versions aren't much lighter. I don't have exact component weights handy but from looking at the shipping weights it's looking like the billet versus aluminum for each component set is within about 5 lbs...
  2. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Not yet. It may be a while on those.
  3. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

It's just something we are testing, and we're not sure if it will make it to production. We didn't intend to show it off but it happened to be on the Bronco the day I took it up to Cougar Buttes to shoot those photos.
  4. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Yes they are designed to level the vehicle along with the stated lift. Keep in mind though, that some equipment configurations and gear load-outs can make it sit un-level. For example a heavy front bumper and winch, or a 37" spare tire at the other end, or a rooftop tent, etc. But the...
  5. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

If that's how that particular dealer is organizing the information yes that does sound kind of confusing. Perhaps you might mention it to them.
  6. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Again I'm not sure where you are seeing different part numbers or kit numbers for Sasquatch vs non-Sasquatch. If you are seeing that on a dealer's website, they have mislabeled it. All of these kits can be installed on either Sasquatch or non-Sasquatch equipped Broncos. The only difference is...
  7. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

I'm not sure if I understand your question. We do not have different part numbers of these kits for Sasquatch and non-Sasquatch. The same kit works on both, as it replaces all of the Sasquatch-specific suspension components. There may be some other considerations such as tire fitment within...
  8. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

So far the only real-world fitment experience we have is on our own Bronco, the one in the photos at the beginning of this thread. It has our 0" offset wheels with 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers. So, we know from experience that that specific combination fits just fine. We have also tested with the...
  9. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

The up-travel limiters we recommend when using 37's limit travel by 1", front and rear. You can run without them if you'd like, but the tires may "clearance themselves" so to speak, on hard landings.
  10. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Engineering department recommends • For 35" x 12.50" tires: ICON Alloys | 17x8.5" w/ 5.75” Backspace / 25mm Offset • For 37" x 12.50" tires: ICON Alloys | 17x8.5" w/ 4.75" Backspace / 0mm Offset Of course you can run any brand of wheel you prefer, but those are the recommended specs.
  11. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

I'm not familiar with our ordering process but as far as I know, any of our dealers can place orders for any of our products. I don't know yet whether that early production run will be subject to any sort of special apportionment. We do have a couple of special projects that will be fulfilled...
  12. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Since so many of you have asked this one, I went downstairs this morning to ask Dylan, our head of engineering, about this specifically. According to Dylan we have specifically designed the droop limit in order to protect the CV's from damage, along with steering components and ball joints. Of...
  13. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

They come pre-tuned for the application, with what our engineers feel is the best all-around valving for the vehicle. But ICON coilovers are fully revalve-able and rebuildable, so if you decide you want to further dial in your shock tuning , that's possible to do by a qualified shock tuning...
  14. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Pricing has been sent to our dealers along with everything else they need in order to post info. I won't quote pricing here because dealers have some leeway to set their own prices, subject to our MAP policy. Unfortunately we can't offer discounts directly as it will violate our own MAP...
  15. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

I wish I could give you definite dates. But here's the best info I can give you from what I know. First is to admit that in general, our coilover production faces similar lead times to what the rest of the industry (FOX, King, etc.) are currently struggling with, but perhaps slightly less...
  16. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

They should be up on our site soon, but I know of at least one dealer who already has these up on their website and I'm sure many more will beat us to it. We do try to give our dealers a bit of a head start though.
  17. ICON High Clearance Crash Bar Kit

The factory crash bars are standard equipment on non-Sasquatch equipped Broncos. To take full advantage of 35" or larger tires these crash bars must either be removed (not recommended by ICON) or replaced with the ICON High Clearance Crash Bar Kit. For those who would like to retain the...

I will probably be posting the information here in this forum next week, but...
