That is not a question I can answer as I obviously was not the one involved. Talk to that service manager and ask him this question. Ask him why a vehicle with a safety issue is back on the road? And ask what his resolution for this is?
So I have been writing service for about 15 years now. 8 of those for Ford.
I would advise to take the vehicle in, get a proper diagnosis from a tech saying the shock needs to be replaced. IF the current shock is still available, they should be able to install it to keep the car on the road...
I am running Solo Motorsport's UCA. I installed them together with Kings 2.5 and definitely felt the ride difference but not sure how much had to do with the shocks and UCA.

I would consider this a safety issue so not an option to keep the car on the road for me.
I have a dual air compressor in my ZR2 and it sits in the engine bay right under the coolant reservoir so it gets a lot of heat. 3 years later, no issues at all and works like a champ!
I use 6 1/2 qts just because at 6 qts, it reads at the bottom of the dipsitck and 7 shows overfilled.

My guess would be they make parts to order so a lot of fenders, hoods, quarter panels, etc... are not readily available and in stock for them to liquidate. They definitely do not have the hard tops.
Just did my oil change on my 2021 2.7L and at 6 qts, it was at the bottom 1/4 of the dipstick. I added half a quart more and it read at the full mark (top of the hash) of the dipstick. I figured at 6.5, its either half a quart under filled of half a quart overfilled which neither pose much of a...
