I'm a 2Dr First Edition owner. Mine has been totally solid and I love it more than any other vehicle I've owned, but yes, make sure that VIN's recall notices have been satisfied. Also, check the hard top for issues.
Voted and submitted a photo. I didn’t notice mine delaminating until a couple months after warranty expired on my First Edition. I really should’ve done a comprehensive walk around after 2 years 11 months.

Lightning Blue was an exclusive color to the First Edition.
Even if the Lightning Blue take rate was 30% of all colors available to FE (I believe there were 5), that's still less than 300 hundred LB 2 door Broncos ever made.
I have had a pretty good experience with the stock Goodyear MTs. Not a big off-roader, but they are really good on slick surfaces. They do chuck rocks like a mofo for about the first 10k miles.
I was just thinking about this yesterday. Mine is the same. Nothing really kicks on until I put my foot on the brake and press start. I just figured I had something wrong in my settings.
I would still reset it for warranty purposes. Assuming Ford keeps a digital reciept of this somewhere, it could be used as evidence that you were not changing the oil. I also keep a log book of everything I ever do to the Bronco. Maintenance, MODs, etc with dates completed and all products...
Update: As expected, dealership and Ford gave me the runaround. Long story short, Ford saying even if they cover some of the replacement, it would only be a percentage. And I'm just not willing to cover even 30% of a new, possibly defective, $7k hard top.
