I had a friend that sold specialized paint equipment to the auto industry . The new machines can paint and be completely ready for a new color in a matter of minutes.

I got $1000 under invoice - in writing and the dealer has never suggested that it would. Us ge even I the slightest.

I’d call Ford and advise them of the situation and ask if you could change dealerships. It might work.

I went back forth. I could have done fine with either. In the end my choice was made by the graphite compose and port injection of the 2.7 vs the aluminum and direct injection of the the 2.3. So here’s to my new 2.7 Bronco ( whenever it may get built.

If you think interest rates in 2022 or 2023 will be in a favorable range- think again. Second- how many people simply cannot wait another year to get into a reliable vehicle. In business- it is better to under promise and over deliver. Maybe Ford delights in screwing their loyal customer base...

You should have went with Granger. They are good people - upfront, honest and communicative about the whole process. It is a 7 hour drive for me but after this whole process and the horror stories I have read about other dealers, I would have gladly driven much longer. It has been the best car...

For those old enough to remember, Ford was the only one of the big 3 automakers not to take a bailout when things got tough. Because of that , I have stood with the Ford family for every new car purchased.
