I can’t say I loved the OBX roast/onyx interior but it grew on me. I could not justify the additional cost of the badlands for a daily driver. The ride will be smoother and I plan on buying a modular hardtop when available. My maxed out OBX was still 5000 cheaper.

The bronco modular top may face a similar fate as the mic top. And there is no guarantee it will be available in 2023. I’ll get the mic and then fork over the money for a modular when available.
What you say is true- but you have have two choices. You can cancel your bronco order or any other order on a Ford product or just realize that it is business and wait for your bronco. I hate to express the bad news but any corporations first obligation is to its owners- the shareholders.

I’d make a scene until they had to call the police and then get arrested for trespassing. Once arrested call the local news about the story on how the dealer screwed you. That will get the dealers attention. Or just make a big sign- “ This dealer will screw you” and stand on the road outside...
A modular top to me is one that allows you to remove one or more panels. Being able to remove the roof panels makes it “ modular” originally the Bronco modular top was going to also have removable windows ( and still will if the current design e er gets built.
