  1. Selecting the right trim level - ugh, it's overwhelming!

Same here. Most likely getting a Black Diamond. Signature lighting is cool, but you get LED Headlights standard anyway. Mid package is enough for me. 8 inch screen is fine. I like the wash out interior, though it probably will be louder....something I haven't thought of...eh this will be a...
  2. Arguing in home about manual or automatic Transmission

I taught my wife how to drive stick. Not too difficult. She still doesn't like to drive it. Doesn't matter, she has her own automatic car and could technically can drive mine in a pinch. No issue.
  3. BRONCO: Can it be a sound investment?

I wish I would have kept my 2006 Honda S2000. I bought it for about 30k+ and now good low mileage ones can go for a little less than that. However that's a rare case. I think there's a small possibility that a more "fun" car like the Bronco, albeit in a different way, could be in the same...
  4. Show of hands. Who’s going Mansquatch or not? Vote in poll

In a similar boat. It all depended on cost, now it's dependent on Late 2021 availability. I don't think I'll be able to wait that long.
  5. Confirmed: Manual + Sasquatch Bronco, October Build & Price!

Late 2021 is maybe too long a wait for me. I was hoping to have a new car by spring or summer of next year. I'm still up in the air about a manual sasquatch. I'll most likely split the difference and just get a Black Diamond and some larger tires to fill in the wheel wells and call it a day.
  6. Bronco #1 on KBB List of Best Cars Worth Waiting For

I should buy some Ford stock. I was sold on the Mach-E until the Bronco came out. If the electric F150 and Mach-E do good then I think Ford has positioned themselves as a forward thinking, relevant and leading car company of the future.
  7. Trail videos to help decide which 2021 Bronco trim and options you need/want

I think I've settled on Black Diamond, Carbonized Grey, and then see if I can get the dealer to install 33 KO2's on the steel wheels instead of the stock 32s. I'd like a white top, but if its too much, or if the black top needs to be wrapped/pained I'll probably skip. I think I'd be willing to...
  8. Trail videos to help decide which 2021 Bronco trim and options you need/want

I'm most likely not going on any trails anytime soon that would require 35s... However when the Sasquatch with 35s, lift, and wider fenders are next to a non-squatched Bronco, there's no comparison. But when the non-squatched Bronco is by itself, it looks good. Like everything else with...
  9. 2.3 with 35 " tires what the highway speed / rpm

I know he wasn't checking it regularly. I think he was in a tough spot at the time and wasn't paying any attention to his car. I believe it blew while he was driving so it was a big chunk of change at the time.
  10. 2.3 with 35 " tires what the highway speed / rpm

A friend had an 06 STI (he bought new) and he had to replace his turbo a couple of years ago. And I think the only reason he had to do that was because he didn't change his oil...don't ask. I think for the vast majority of 2.3's and modern turbo cars in general will never have to replace a...
  11. Will Ford surprise us with Cheaper pricing??

I think the prices are pretty much set. Some things seem reasonable. Like the items in the Sasquatch package would be around $4500-$5000 aftermarket, especially if you get those items installed. But with the Sachqatch you get them under warranty. But there's still much we don't know until...
  12. Hard Top vs Soft Top standards

Awesome, I'll go take a look at the Jeep build and price.
  13. Hard Top vs Soft Top standards

Also (I know this isn't solidified but) I've seen the prices for the hardtops anywhere from $700-$2000, from the MIC to the Painted, but I'm confused about the price ranges, are they based on model? I really want a white top, but I like the idea of a soft top and having both, but it's cost...
  14. Hard Top vs Soft Top standards

Does anyone know that if you opt for the hardtop that you don't get the soft top? Or is there like a credit for taking one or the other? Like is the hard top cheaper if you forgo the soft top?
  15. Carbonized Gray Paint Thread

I really want a flat color, but CG seems to be a unique metallic. These Mach-E pics really show off the range of tone in it. https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/carbonized-gray-mach-e-club.88/ And since the Bronco is mostly "flat" with no real waves or flares in the body panel, I think...
  16. Closeups of Bronco LED headlight and taillight lighting elements

Hotelcrawer! I honestly like both of the headlight options. The "non-signature" ones are still LED so that's good. And the design is pretty similar. I also kinda like the non-LED taillights (and headlights now that I think about it) because they fit in a bit better with a "retro" type look.
  17. Today should be the day the interior packages are shown.

Bummer. I would have liked the option for white roll bars, like on the Cactus Grey pictures floating around. And for that reason...I'm out. :ROFLMAO:
  18. Today should be the day the interior packages are shown.

I'm curious about the interior combinations. But most likely I'll just pick black. I am even more curious about the "roll bar" colors and the white top. Has Ford said anything about customizable roll bar colors?
  19. Area 51 thread

Yeah that's what sucks about the colorizer it just doesn't represent the colors well. And the top pic looks like it's been edited. A51 IRL is somewhere in the middle. Its still on my list, but now I'm leaning towards Carbonized Grey, because I saw a build I really liked with it. I'm going to...
  20. Black Diamond Bronco Thread

I don't remember if I've posted here yet. Anyway I was going to get (and reserved) the Big Bend. But then I saw some cool builds with steel wheels, and washout interior that could be useful for pets and the kids. So I'm going to most likely order a Black Diamond. I don't care too much about...
