Love the build!
I've thought about building my own as well. I didn't think the $20K+ price tag for a small off-road trailer was worth it.
I do realize it takes a long time to do anything yourself though. In the end, it looks like it was well worth it.
Enjoy
What about these?

Maybe contact these guys to see if they'll have a larger fuel tank for the Bronco.

I went with RCI since they're made in America. Pricing wasn't too different at the time.
I have the full underside skids in aluminum, plus their rock rail/steps. Love them!
I have the RCI frame mounted steps. I literally use them to jack my Bronco up and they do not move at all.
The have two versions of the frame mounted steps. One is almost flat (which I have so it's more of a running board/step since I don't do rock crawling and don't need the added clearance of...
I've done research in the past, but forget now.
Are these street legal? I know there are different laws in different states.
I'm in PA and would like to upgrade my WT headlights. This is a great price.
I have the flat - more step like RCI Rock Rails and really like them!
I have used them twice to jack my Bronco up to change wheels. Super sturdy with zero give or movement when doing so. They very robust and usable.
I've had to replace zero Bronco windshields, but with only 5K miles it hasn't been long enough.
Over the years, I've replaced about 8 windshields for various vehicles. It's never fun.
I'll be ordering one of these for sure. Peace of mind is always a good thing. So happy this is available.
Placing the order right now! I was looking to order one of these for a while now. Super hot here now and I have the HT and doors off my Bronco for the last two weeks. I'm in need for this to cut the hot glare.
I worked in the automotive industry (supplier for the production facilities) and had a number of conversations with their engineers along with race engineering teams over the years.
Not all modern engines are "broken in" at the factory. Some higher end, hand-built engines, are actually broken...
Sounds like you have a bit invested in this exhaust already.
My suggestion would be to add another resonator. Possibly, something that might be a bit larger than the Borla.
I had a 2015 GTI with a Remus exhaust, which IMHO sounded absolutely perfect. Zero drone, just a bit of a burble sound at...
I had Wranglers in the past, plus my family had Jeeps my entire life growing up. I still love the brand for its purist pursuit of off-roading, but the new Wrangler was just missing something that I really wanted - a more usable package.
The Bronco drives better and has more room than a...
There are plenty of people running zero offset with no issues (present company included).
While the zero offset does push the wheels out a bit, I haven't had any issues with off-roading.
That's one of the main reasons I got the WT with the HOSS 3.0.
I'm not going to mess with collar lifts and mess up the ride/handling. At the most, I might do a 1/2" body lift just to get a little more clearance.
For me, if I'd want to go 37s and get more clearance, I would just do a full...
