My local dealer is Superior Ford in Zachary. Only 7 allocations and I am 11th. Price they are saying is straight up MSRP with no markups. I Have not ordered yet....

On this note.... somebody help with citing where this was written.....but I remember some pretty specific verbage about dealers being penalized if the sale didn't make it to the original reservation holder. I think there is some check in place to at least deter, if not prevent this practice.

This dillema is where I've arrived as well, ....while mulling over the idea of deferring res to MY22, the next hurdle is the fact (I think) that you will be married to your dealer selection BEFORE you even have a chance to negotiate price.
