26 in Baton Rouge. We are so unaccustomed to sustained freezing and icy roads, its like a state of emergency. Kids were already out of school through Wednesday (we have Mardi Gras holiday), lots of businesses were closed midday yesterday. I spent the night at the plant where I work last...
Hang in there, the annoyed will go away soon enough to other threads to continue counseling others on which size rims are acceptable, what the ride height difference was between a Badlands and a Sasquatch etc. Its always a matter of inches with that crowd.
I've played around with watching the real time fuel economy display on my F150 in different gears, specifically to see what difference it makes in fuel economy when running at different rpm's with the engine under the same load. I don't have numbers to quote here, but the difference in fuel...
My F150 on 295/65 R20's doesn't seem to GAF who likes it. It launches that 20' sea ark behind it off the side of a steep Mississippi River levee on a regular basis in spite of all the big rim hatred. Surprisingly, it also happily goes down sloppy, muddy logging roads despite not being a real...
@Scotteasymoney take my relpy with a grain of salt bud, just trying to help, but I don't think anybody is in a set place in line, even at their particular dealership.
In March, all of the orders are basically churned and sorted according to timestamp AND the commodity constraints associated...
A little off topic but is there a factory tune available for the 2.7?
Also, if you ask me "why would you want to tune the 2.7", we probably cannot be friends. j/k
Went to Metarie yesterday and got the Matt Bowers deal that @Mattbar1 brought to the table. Its was a great experience, deal still on the table till tomorrow if you are still interested.
Did the same today, awesome feeling! Wife and I made a whole day of it. Its weird, this whole experience is something we'll never do again, my wife and kids will probably tell stories 20 years from now "remember when we got the Bronco"...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the swaybar disconnect doesn't even come into play above 20MPH right? Doesn't it automatically lock back up beyond a certain speed? Just pointing out another angle for those thinking about how different the high speed KOH ride along may have been in a BD vs BL.
Man I am so close to being in this exact camp as yall. What pushes me over the edge is not the bragging rights or any of that stupid shit. The tipping point for me is that I don't LOVE the look of either of the BD wheel/tire combos. I really wish I did. I would be driving my brand new BD...
I had finally rationalized it down to getting either a BB or BD Mid, like had completely gotten the urge to go full BL out of my head. Then KOH happened. Those ride alongs had everything to do with pushing me back BL.
I don't think I'd ever done anything that would've pushed the BB or BD to...
Nope not just you, nothing but the body armor. I get those, the wheels, and Marie Osmond weight loss ads. Bronco6G thinks I'm a fat militant offroad wannabe. HAHAHaa heeeey waitaminit
