Mine moved a little out of alignment but I was able to move it with a small hex key it didn't drop out of sight. I think if you take the air vents off the back of the door you can get in there and grab it.
Really lack of customer service! you must be a hard guy to please because I helped you personally with every single question you had. Emails and on this forum.
The rack I'm working on is pretty extensive and I haven't been able to work on any designs for the last few months. A full rear/side window replacement is going to be required to make it happen the way I want it so were still working on different ways to do it and have a working window in the...
Who said I was arguing that? I've done everything I can to help you after knowing about it but you continue to be condescending and frankly an Ass for no reason. All I said is you could of reached out and the instructions would of been provided. And yes even on a Sunday I would of gotten back...
You have been email me with other questions. But you couldn't contact us on the install question that pissed you off; that makes total sense. all you would of had to do is reach out via email we are here to help you all it takes is to reach out.
Sounds like you tried to install it with the gas strut still installed. You do not have to cut anything to install the bracket or reinstalled the factory hardware. it's as simple as removing the factory bolts and gas strut and bolt everything back in place. if your factory hinges didn't line up...
What's the issue. I don't see any emails of you trying to contact us with questions. as always email is our best for of contact.
tagging us here will get a later reply.

I'm glad we...
It is 100% fully contacting the gate on both bolts you are way over thinking this imo.
We have over 8000 miles with a 37x12.5 and 10" sub box mounted on our gate with countless off road rough driving and it hasn't moved one bit. If Installed property the gate will not move. We have this on 5...
There is nothing like that on the market other than tapered spacer bushings and they are all made too large from what I can see so custom would be the only option. I don't see how adding a spacer between the hinge and the support would do anything other than fill the void in the countersink...
I'm going to move the flange on the next batch to fit the stock set up without the spacer. We designed it for aftermarket wheels but it seems like there are a few guys wanting to run the support with factory wheels and tires So we will accommodate.
Our current batch is not powdered just yet...
The location you have it at was never tested so I couldn't tell you what's going on other than you have it installed in the wrong location. it's not just what's in front of it the angle/aim plays a factor where you have could not be aimed properly.
The bracket is installed without permeant...

Yeah all we need is a hot shower and we could do the whole summer off the grid. It did stop raining for about 5 hours just enough time for camp cobbler and smores.
