  1. E Load tires

I went from Base 16”s to MT 315/70/17 Baja Boss AT’s which are E load rated. Discount tire inflated them to 46 psi and I didn’t think it was that bad, they’re now at 30 and it’s maybe a tiny bit bouncier than stock. Fuel mileage has taken a hit just not sure exactly since the speedometer and...
  2. Excellent 2.3L Bronco Oil Change Video

The filter is above the oil pan so why would you have to do the oil pan first? Any oil that may be trapped because of the bypass / pressure of the oil filter should drain into the oil pan once you twist it off. Then it all comes out when you pull the drain plug. Mine is not overfilled but I...
  3. I Rented a Gladiator...My thoughts vs Bronco

I thought we already established that Bronco is a nicer daily driver and the Wrangler / Gladiator better articulation with SFA but worse daily driver dynamics. I actually like the Gladiator just not the price. Not sure why Ford would make a Bronco truck when they already have a midsize truck in...
  4. Excellent 2.3L Bronco Oil Change Video

I did mine over the weekend and thought it was pretty easy. Drained the oil filter first and swapped in a new one. Went through the wheel well with a socket and extension. Cleaned that up and moved the oil pan over to the drain plug and drained the pan.
  5. STOP delivery on some Broncos due to 10-speed auto transmission recall (build dates: 11/14/22 - 01/12/23) -- loose bolt / park pawl issue

This sounds made up. I don’t know anyone with a GM 10-speed with any problems plus their tuning is significantly better than Ford. The 8-speed is another story though..
  6. HOSS 3.0 - Trail run review: as good if not better than my gen2 Raptor

No it’s likely better because it is for the specific purpose the suspension was mostly designed for.
  7. 🎨 Wrap me up. Show us your wrapped Broncos!

This is great, reminds me of the color Bikini on the Wrangler which is a fantastic color.
  8. Bronco "Braptor" graphics kit: photos and info

I think the silver / black would look good on my shadow black 2 door.
  9. Post your 2.3L Bronco Ford Performance Calibration Tune review

Are we still waiting on Ford Performance to make these available for 2023’s?
  10. Post your 2.3L Bronco Ford Performance Calibration Tune review

Try it out and report back to us how it goes. A super terrible dealer could deny your entire powertrain warranty because you wanted “Baja” mode enable via forscan or run tires that exceed the manufacturer’s specifications. Most won’t but doesn’t mean they can’t.
  11. 2 door Base Bronco on Fins and Things Trail

With modern traction and brake control systems the computer does an excellent job of stopping the wheel that’s spinning so the other one will in low traction areas. It’s not perfect but it’s not like the one wheel wonders of the past. I took my Base with stock wheels and tires through trails...
  12. Dump $8k into a Base or Trade for BaseSquatch?

You can have a better suspension and wheels / tires for significantly less than $8k on the base. Yeah you’re missing out on the lockers but it’s still an extremely capable machine.
  13. Post your 2.3L Bronco Ford Performance Calibration Tune review

Yeah, no. Dealer can pretty much cancel a warranty for anything they want that’s not oem or installed by them. Good luck trying to fight it too.
  14. Sound Deadening in in 2023 Bronco Hardtops ?

I have a 2023 Base 2-door with zero options selected and it has the sound deadening headliner. If mine has it I assumed all would.
  15. Bronco Team 2 door.

I had a 2-door JK in Jeep's version of the same red, and a S550 Mustang in Race Red. I like it, but took advantage of a 2-door Base on the lot at MSRP which was Shadow Black. Definitely not my favorite color but still in the top 3-4.
  16. Bronco Team 2 door.

The more I see race red the more I wish mine was red.
  17. Bronco Team 2 door.

    This is perfect.
  18. Has anyone switched from a 4Runner to a Bronco?

If you like tech and interiors that haven’t left the early 2000’s then the Toyota may be for you.
  19. Badlands vs rubicon pricing. What am I missing ?

There’s a good $5k-$7k difference in the Base to Sport too, or Sport S to meet the same amenities of the Base Bronco.
  20. Are Tie Rods really THAT big of an issue for Broncos?

I was super surprised how well my base with stock wheels and tires did in almost a foot of snow in sand mode. Didn’t even come close to getting stuck.
