At least they have shown they "CAN" ship without modules. It was mentioned previously in this group that they "WONT" deliver to a customer without the module installed. I know its just words, but I'm thirsty for hope, and a sip is better than none.
I don't care if its the "Windshield Flies Out (WFO3678-1)" module. I'd rather have the vehicle now. I'll figure the interest rate, extended warranty, hatred for management, and global warming stuff out later...
Hell, no! If you "remove" the tow package, your Bronco will get it's missing chip in late April, then be driven 3 spots over, where it will wait until July for a tech with a wrench to show up and remove the hitch....
In my mind I drew a picture of some poor soul on the night shift slogging through a blizzard to find my bronco on ice mountain, smoking a marlboro red and toting a very small electronic device. Puffing smoke as he/she pokes around in the dark under the dash or console or wherever the damned...
I'm holding hope that the ice mountain inventory will blend into the shipping que smoothly. I have no knowledge of the "on ground" logistics, but I'd bet its easier for MAP to take the just produced and get them on a truck or rail than it is to send people out to retrieve iced over "last week"...
My experience with all of the trackers is that something positive appears after I'm shutout for a day. Well, not always, but I couldn't get to my modules last night. This morning saw good news.
My Porsche is faster than a Bronco.
A Bronco is faster than my motorhome.
My motorhome is faster than my Ebike.
I hope I never confuse which tool is which.
It sure is! But, just wait! Today you have hope, some numbers, and a finger tired of wearing out a few keys. Tomorrow you'll have a cool toy!! Just like Christmas, you'll have to be patient before you get to play with it....
If I can get south of Charlotte I should be in the clear! I expected to have a Bronco this Summer or later, and was going to make a leisurely trip in the RV to pick it up at Stephens in WV. This early arrival is worth the $45 ticket from Orlando to Charleston, WV. I'm stunned that we went...
Not sure where they stopped last night, hence my question about the 900s getting mods, but I would guess your is rolling down the line as we speak. The guys with a blend of 22 may be in for a long Sunday of F5..
