I think it really depends on when you got your reservation in. Early reservations probably have the best luck getting them in 2021.

If Ford were to fill reservations sequentially it would probably be 4-6 weeks delay. However, they are not so it is really up in the air.

Placed my order today with Sean at Serramonte. 2Dr Base 2.3L 7MT with only the roof rack, aux switches and headliner added. He said there are no commodity holds on the Base and with my reservation being within the first three hours I should get it early. Look for me driving around Roseville...

So you can easily add fog lights, accessory lights, heated seats, etc without drilling holes for custom switches.

yep, I'm getting the 2dr base with manual transmission. Only adding the roof rack, headliner and aux switches. Maybe the floor liners and modular bumper, but still thinking about that. Gonna add larger tires after I take delivery and call it a day.

The Bronco is purely a want not a need. No one truly needs one. So, looking down on those that buy Base models just says you are a snooty asshole or an idiot with your money.
