Your Bronco really looks great! Awesome that you are able to get out and enjoy it. However, words I will never say, "it was worth the wait". :) However, I might concede, "I happy the wait is finally over!"
I've had these on my "must have" list since day 1'ish, or whenever I first saw them after making my res. Who'da thunk, I'd still be waiting for that dang Bronco on which I meant to mount these bad boys?!
if it were me... I'd be a little annoyed, but let's face it, this entire reservation / order process has been nothing but annoying. But I'd take the Bronco, be annoyed, and pay the additional $1500 and drive away and tell myself, damn! I'm glad that's over!!
Now on to enjoying the vehicle I've...
welcome @Nay and congrats on your new Bronco. No, I'm not jealous, seriously, well, maybe a little. :)
Might I recommend spending a little time in the Trip Reports / Journals forums. Lots of folks out making use of their Broncos, sharing stories, pics and even planning some trips.
@REDTRAK there are definitely folks around here with much more experience than I have, it's my understanding that the "process flow" will change to "In-Production" once you receive the notice from Ford (i.e. VIN, build date, etc.).
Unfortunately that's where my knowledge ends as I've been in...
on a recent trip north on I-85 from Atlanta to Virginia Beach, saw 12 Broncos and a few Bronco Sports within a 200 mile stretch of road. I know that seems like a long way, but seeing "so many" in just a single stretch of road, in a relative short time span, make spotting start to feel "normal"...
Any Hot Pepper Red, WildTrak, step rails, tow w/ leather interior?... probably not, why would there be as I'm still waiting on that email / notification that would tell me mine is being built! :)
I [like most of you on this forum] did all the research, configuration, [reconfiguration], planning, etc. via the build and price site. The ONLY service the dealership has provided is submitting the order because there wasn't an option for me [us] to send directly to Ford. And of course, they...
I found this while doing some portable air compressor research. Might also be worth a consideration.

totally agree... if we get into 2022 4th quarter, I'm going to assume the "game is over for me". I'm no longer going to put off my "adventure" plans waiting for a vehicle. Actually, I've already purchased a Silverado 4x4 ZR1 which meets many other requirements in the family that the Bronco...
I too received this email... I read it thinking it was going to have something of substance. I got "suckered" into thinking it was "the" email. What a waste of time. I wonder what they actually thought this email was going to accomplish.
While doing some research, here and elsewhere, I came across this on Amazon... anyone have any experience with it?

@DREWR13 as always... some really cool footage. Have you mastered the drone flying while off-road driving? I have a work colleague who is able to fly the drone while he's driving down the beach, but then again, not much to run into on a flat beach. :-)
great views, camera work and way to put that drone to work... oh, yea, that water crossing is so cool. That's probably the biggest challenge I will face [should my Bronco actually ever get delivered]. I may ask to tag along with you to learn how to read lines, manage speed, and all the other...
