  1. Tailgate limiter

Very true. And I do have a Riv-nut kit that's come in handy plenty of times on the Bronco.
  2. Tailgate limiter

Interesting. As long as it will stop at around 90° I would be fine with it. And I really haven't had any problems with my Factory strut. Might give it a shot. Been looking for one for a while but never pulled the trigger.
  3. Tailgate limiter

Nice finds! Apparently I didn't look around the other day when I ran across them.. 😂
  4. Tailgate limiter

Not sure I understand you. 🤔 The factory strut holds it open in most situations.
  5. Tailgate limiter

This is another option that I ran last week. https://www.monkeybiznessoffroad.com/product-page/bronco-brace-and-limiter
  6. Extended warranty options

I've bought from Granger multiple times, I live in Florida. Literally all you have to do is use any address that's not in California or Florida . They do not ever send anything to the address. Also assuming you're doing any financing, it's never a good idea to finance an extended warranty at...
  7. 32's vs Skinny 33's

Ah! Yes in that case. 😉
  8. 32's vs Skinny 33's

With all the reports of BD M190s breaking when they shouldn't have, I'm glad I swapped to the M210. I actually keep trying to find that thread I saw the other day and haven't had any luck.
  9. 32's vs Skinny 33's

Yeah that was the reason I went with the Milestar 275/80-17. Ended up with the RT because they didn't have that size in the MT. They measure just a fraction over the factory 315/70's. So basically a true 34 rather than a small 35. Ended up going 37s and tossing it all out the window later anyways. 😂
  10. 32's vs Skinny 33's

    Agreed!
  11. 32's vs Skinny 33's

That's awesome! Although I would have definitely gone taller. Was going to offer you a deal on my old 275/80-17 with steelies. I've been trying to get rid of them. Can't give these things away.
  12. Manuals are good for the brain

    I concur doctor.
  13. Centering steering wheel?

There's a chance you get it right and fix it, there's a chance you trash your tires. Up to you, personally I would call them let them know the problem and tell them that the next time it's convenient for me to bring it there I will.
  14. Centering steering wheel?

Yeah I've had the same thing happen recently. Took it to a new place for an alignment because the old place gave me grief all of a sudden. Steering wheel was just the slightest bit to the left afterwards even though the Bronco drove perfectly straight. Took it back a few days later for them to...
  15. Installing a Flowmaster Outlaw muffler delete today on my 2.3L

This is a pretty fun kind of first mod for somebody getting into cars. However for longevity I highly recommend having a muffler shop install some type of high-flowing Muffler further up in front of the rear axle later on. This will sound pretty good from the driver's seat but won't sound great...
  16. New Style Oil Drain Plug?

Like others have said the fumoto and Ronin valves are really great. Only downside I could say is that the oil drain is way slower than pulling the entire plug out. I originally thought I would use the little hose and drain the oil without removing the lower engine skid plate, but that ended up...
  17. Another DIY 2-Door Cargo/Tonneau Cover

Would be cool to 3D scan it, and then get a large scale 3D printer make some up.
  18. SOFT TOP CONVERSION- what do I need by looking at this picture?

Best bet may be to go through the manual. https://www.bestop.com/wp-content/uploads/Installation%20Instructions/BDKW_56873-INS_001.pdf?srsltid=AfmBOopDjBog8IPtIIPERuskdRCSzjIc6peg2dlgMHep9xwhnT7scPrG
  19. Really, How good are 4wp/pro comp 2.5” coilovers??

I helped my buddy install his, yes I noticed this immediately and didn't like it at all. We adjusted both of them the same, meaning as far out as they would go, and tighten them up. They have been fine. My assumption is because they make these similar parts fit a variety of vehicles.
  20. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

37's. I've had the rear stuffed a bit more before as well. It sure is fun to drive without the front bar though.. 😂
