Installed mine yesterday along with a Warn Zeon 10S. Took about 4 hours of actual install time. Another 4 hours or so of prep.
Pro tip: when doing the intercooler bolts, unbolt the two bolts holding the radiator in and you gain about 2 inches of space above the intercooler.
I just finished bagging all the parts by step. But I seem to have a lot of extras laying around. Did ARB just send extras? The parts list matched up perfectly.
Mostly done at this point. Very frustrating that they don't list part numbers in the instructions, just in the parts list. I've started grouping the hardware in ziplock bags by step number.
I'll be using a forklift and holding it in place with a ratchet strap. Maybe I'll get around to it on...
Thank you for the detailed write up. I've got one of these sitting in my shop just waiting for the time to install. Hearing so many issues installing from you and everybody else. I'm really going to have to carefully check everything in the parts list.

Are you asking why your fog lamps don't automatically turn on with your low beams?
If so, they aren't supposed to. Turning on fogs needs to be a conscious decision. As in, during inclement weather. Not when you're just driving around on a sunny day.
