    So I finally texted my salesperson about the conversion to a 2023 model. A few hours later he sent me my updated DORA with a priority code of “10” (previous priority code was “11“) and updated price. About 30 minutes later I got email from Ford confirming the order update. That is all.

    I think it has more to do with the fact that Ford didn’t even bother to parse out the people who already had build dates and updated orders from the recipients of that email.

    Same boat as you. Walk-in order. Only 2 emails from Ford the entire time: 1. The email I got the day I ordered (almost exactly one year ago) and 2. The email I got yesterday when my order was changed to a 2023. The wait continues…..

    I'm with a large market dealer. Even upon inquiring about the confirmation process I've been told there is nothing I need to do. I'm probably just going to let it ride and see if they ever actually figure it out....

    After my insistent inquiring, my salesman SWEARS that there is nothing customer needs to do for converting existing order to 23 (including COVP). Not sure how to navigate this issue at this point….
