The Sync3 models enabled neutral tow through a different method/process and don't appear to have the issue. Course they may not have EBB either. Looks like you're right on the F150.. notes getting clogged.

The 2021+ F150, Mach-E and 2021 Lincoln Nautilus are the only ones with sync 4 so far. Only the hybrid F150 has EBB, the others still use vacuum. Only the 2.7L Nautilus can be flat towed. The MachE can not be flat towed. The Bronco itself only has EBB on the Bronco 2.7 as the 2.3 has vacuum...

If you have a case number with Ford can you post the case number? Thinking about trying some distant contacts on linked-in.. I'd want to use the cases to show we are trying to use the proper methods.

If you leave the ACC on, do you need to disable the shed timer and then the EBB stays on while towing? With the timer enabled, it stops working at 45m? If the timer is enabled, towing mode enabled and power turned off, everyone is seeing ~15m before EBB shuts down?

Seems coincidental that the EBB shuts off at 45m and the safety shed is also 45m. Understand the vehicle is not on/acc but wondering if Ford forgot to logically connect something between tow mode enabled and disabling the timer. Anyone have a place to put the safety chain connection besides an eye bolt in the crash bar? That m12 bolt should only hold ~ 600lbs or less at a 90 degree angle (if the chains actually get used which hopefully they never will). I don't believe having the chains there will actually do anything...

I've seen the posts on Ford's emailing system being intermittent. I assume this means the only way you know if your number is drawn is to have the dealer check? Is that how everyone is finding the VIN?
