That's crazy! I can remember when you could show up at a junkyard with a cardboard box and 20 bucks and the scrapyard would let you strip the car for parts. LOL!!!

If you can't find one here. You can use this site. It searches every junkyard in North America and lists available parts in ascending distance from your location. Keep in mind though that a lot of American salvage yards won't sell to Canada but if you go to a local scrap yard, they can order it...

I always thought anything higher than 91 was unobtanium up here. I've never seen it anywhere but the states. I guess that's what happens when you assume!

That is not normal by any stretch. I would be squawking. I would think the dealer would replace it easily but prepare for a fight.

That would be awesome if we could get it up North of the 49th parallel. All us lowly Canadians can get here is 91 Octane at the most. And it’s up to 10% ethanol to boot!! Which absolutely sucks

I had the paint blemish on the hood. It looked like something pushed up on it from underneath but it was concealed under by one of the ribs. I went into the dealer and told him that I would put up with it for some accessories that I wanted. He agreed and I got 500 bucks worth of swag for nothing.

There is something else to consider. I see you (the OP) live in Idaho and I'm pretty sure that you get nasty cold temperatures like we do here in Canada. Your mileage will drop significantly due to a drop in temperatures. For example, my mileage through the Summer here in Nova Scotia averages...

You know, now that I think about it, maybe that’s why Ford Cancelled my order last year. I went into a dealer and ordered a Big Bend 7MT with the Mid Package as I said earlier and then I got a call from the salesman a few weeks later telling me that Ford cancelled the order without explanation...

When I was looking at ordering a 2024 Big Bend 2 door, the Ford build and price page allowed me to add heated power seats with the Mid package so there are 2 doors out there with power seats.

Not to mention the "50 inch" TV on the dash!!!
