I've noticed mine doing the same thing over the past few months. I'm at 26,XXX miles. I was thinking that maybe it had to do with the Summer heat, but I don't remember it happening last year and we had the same 100+ temps. The rumble is very rhythmic - like almost on a 3 count.
This post made me realize that I’ve picked up my 4’6” 7yo for the last time. :( I have a giant 12yo (already size 14 shoes) and a big 7yo and my 2 door Basequatch is the primary driver. My wife has a 4 door JLU and my Bronco’s rear seat legroom is .4” shorter and there’s more hip room in the...
The old saying around here is “never break two laws at once.” For anything minor, you’ll usually only get a verbal warning as long as you’re only doing one thing wrong.
Dark tint and speeding? “I’m going to give you a warning on the tint, but am going to have to write you a ticket for going 7...
How are you liking these after a few months on them? I'm trying to decide between these and BFG KO2s, but honestly, the last couple of BFGs I ran didn't seem to be the same quality/durability of the ones I used to get in the '90s.
Spend some more time on here and you'll realize that Ford's QC department is an absolute joke. Broncos shipped with mismatched front and rear seats, mismatched driver and passenger side door cards, non-Raptor Broncos shipped with Raptor headlights and Raptor floor mats, etc. The list...
I have one and use it regularly. It works great in terms of taking the top on and off by yourself. The only part that I've had issues with is getting the two arms wedged in the small spot between the roll bar cross member and the hard top during removal and reinstallation - especially with the...
I have a 2022 2 door w/ 27K miles and haven't seen any wear or bad spots on the paint under the top. I always wash my Bronco prior to taking the top off and wind up wiping down the painted area underneath once it's off to remove the dust/dirt and the paint is as good as everywhere else.
Space is limited in a 2 door, so I found this cooler bag while looking for something else at the Rtic store. It's not quite as yellow in person and is a close-ish match to Cyber Orange. I just keep it in the back so it's always there for those "we're hanging out and drinking beer at the house...
Same on my 2.7 auto. It almost feels like there's slop in the driveshaft in that you get that "bump" when starting to accelerate and coming to a stop from slow speeds. I've just chalked it up to the fact that the 10 speed is crap and hopefully I'll still be in warranty when it finally shits...
It's a lot more sturdy and stable than you'd think. I kept mine under my carport for a few days and, even with a couple of days with a strong wind, it didn't come close to moving or tipping.
I performed the "relearn" yesterday on both windows after this thread reminded me that it's an option. I didn't notice any difference on my driver's side window, but the passenger side seemed like it's now seated into the weatherstripping a little more, which is reinforced by the fact that the...
My driver's side window has done it before, but it pops out on the angled part/leading edge near the mirror where the weather stripping changes and not along the top. I even went through and tilted the window all the way in using the two 10mm bolts at the bottom of the door, but it still did...
I posted this in the hard top thread, but figure it fits here, too. It was 85 and sunny earlier this week, today it's rainy and 45. I can't wait for it to warm back up - the TopLift makes life for us non-garagers so much easier.
This. My wife just bought a '23 JLU Sport with the only option being a hard top (still has crank windows and no power mirrors or lock, no auto headlights, etc.) and it was still over $40K. It was almost the same as I paid for my 2020 JLU Willys with a fair amount of options. Hell, my '22 2.7...
A local dealership has had two 2022 soft top OBs on their lot for a couple of months. The first one to arrive had a $20K markup and the other, which arrived a few weeks later, had a $5K markup. I just looked and they're both still there, but now the ADM has been reduced to $3K. There's also a...
