ngl, when buying a vehicle that has been engineered to be an off road toy/lifestyle vehicle things like "need" are subjective. I can promise you that the base with nothing on it is a very capable off roader just based on the capability of the Ranger.

@Chief1301 I have Toyotas, Porsches, and Fords (F-150s). Ford build quality is meh compared to cars made in Japan and Germany, but I haven't had any real issues. I wouldn't be buying one if I had serious concerns, but I doubt that it will last as long or endure the abuse my 2013 4Runner did.

I want to see an OME BP51 external reservoir kit adapted from the Ranger, probably a hell of a lot better than the Bilsteins that come with the Sasquatch.

Real rock sliders stick out much further and have a kickout for the back tire. These low profile ones are useless. You can use real sliders as steps if you either weld a step plate on them or put skateboard tape on the rails so they don't get too slick.

It would seem pointless to OFFER a MT and then axe it. Why would they even bother?
