  1. How many reservations are there out there?

Yeah this is the important bit... if its your dealer telling you this, I wouldn't put much stock in it unless they have a super credible source...
  2. 2.3L 7MT — lurching/stuttering in low gears between 2-3k RPM

While you're at it could you look into getting my Bronco built... its been over 2 years now... k thanks! :ROFLMAO: But thank you for the forum presence and keeping an eye on customer concerns and issues... just hope engineering and corporate are paying attention... Never thought I'd say it...
  3. Warranty denied because of Fluid Film undercoating?

I used to spray the old Range Rover with fluid film since It was my off-road and snow rig... Never done it with any of my cars and they've been fine, although South Central PA isn't nearly as bad as the salt belt or places further north from me. I am very meticulous about salt removal after...
  4. Swap to stock tires for Ohio snow?

Personally I would run the Yoko's. It is possible traction could be similar or possibly slightly better with the OEM tires in light snow but you're most likely better off in the deep stuff with the A/T unless they are sub par. However I'm basing this off of analysis of the tire specs and...
  5. MGV…The back sweat is real, what gives?

I'm planning on doing seat covers for my MGV mostly just to keep them from getting beat up over time as I plan on doing some hooning with this thing... Will probably go the Carhartt route.... because manly...
  6. 2.3L 7MT — lurching/stuttering in low gears between 2-3k RPM

    Well... that sounds extremely unpleasant...
  7. 2.3L 7MT — lurching/stuttering in low gears between 2-3k RPM

I'd give it some time, see if it gets better once you put some miles on it. Did you refill with a higher or lower octane by chance? Also I know this probably a stretch but any chance you are losing a little traction and the ESP is kicking in backing your throttle down? Can cause a similar...
  8. How did Goodyear get this contract

    Nah, this is the solution.
  9. How did Goodyear get this contract

Jealous. but yeah with those territory MT. I went through all kinds of shit with those tires including mud at the off roadeo and never had any issues... certainly not as good of a tire as my DuraTracs though.
  10. How did Goodyear get this contract

K02 is a great tire but not really that good in mud... also who the hell has a Raptor R?
  11. How did Goodyear get this contract

I'm going to switch mine out to a different goodyear. Never had a better tire all around (snow being a big one) than my Duratracs
  12. How did Goodyear get this contract

These tires are not the best tires ever but they are pretty good for an OEM. If you got stuck in 1/2 an inch of mud I hate to say it, but you did it wrong, its not the tires fault. Also things like weight, road manners etc are factors for fuel economy and handling, beyond just sheer off road use.
  13. ⏰ 2023 Bronco Scheduling Begins! -- Starting Next Week (10/3) For 2023MY Production Build Weeks 11/4 Through 11/28

Vehicles haven't been scheduled yet, just previewed, which doesn't necessarily mean it will get built. Unless my Ford memories aren't as good as they used to be. Mine was not even previewed. Badlands mansquatch 2 door lux so that doesn't help... its been 2 years now...
  14. ⏰ 2023 Bronco Scheduling Begins! -- Starting Next Week (10/3) For 2023MY Production Build Weeks 11/4 Through 11/28

Checked with my dealer today... 2 broncos are previewed... mine of course isn't one of them...
  15. *UPDATE* 2022 Badlands Sasq 10 Speed Transmission Issue!!

My f-150 had a similar thing happen with only certain gears working and the dash was lit up like a 90's VAG product... it was fun. I cleared the codes and it never did it again. Also warranty so it won't cost you anything... probably just something stupid and not related to the amount of gears...
  16. Order selection - Proof their is absolutely no reasoning

Its possible they had a time stamp before you and they just didn't place their order until after you. at that point time stamp wins. I had a customer who never converted his and he came in, i submitted the order and it was pulled for production almost immediately. During my time at a dealer...
  17. Active Grill Shutter aka Louvers - how do they work??

Below is an excerpt from the shop manual for an Escape which has the same tech. Could be some differences but I'd imagine its the same in principal. Still doesn't answer every question but it does shed some light. It annoyed me on my truck but I never had issues so I packed all of those...
  18. Back up Camera stuck on when in 4L

The badlands mid pack that I had at the Off-Roadeo in new hampshire last month did the same or similar thing. I was under the impression there is some delay or difference in camera behavior with the goat modes or 4l. However the not being able to get out or getting an error is certainly a...
  19. Active Grill Shutter aka Louvers - how do they work??

My f-150 used to run with them closed in all kinds of different scenarios. 230 isn't exactly a dangerous temp but the shutters are probably working as designed... I never really understood the logic for what position they run so I can't offer much there. Even if they are shut, air does get to...
  20. Base 2 door, only 12V power point (cig lighter) in cargo area????

Also if you care to take the plunge.... Smart phone connectivity with sync has surpassed the dedicated GPS devices.... one less device to have to worry about. If not, i'll get of your lawn.
