Ok that makes sense. I am not sure why I never noticed those marks before now. I will eventually be going with aftermarket UCA's so probably not a big deal at this point.
There are several running 6100's & 6112 with factory UCA's so I don't think that is the issue. Tech said he had no issue with alignment so from what I understand that is the only reason to add aftermarket UCA's. Plus I think if the wheel is causing that it would probably hit aftermarket UCA's too.
So I just noticed this issue today:
This is on a 23 non-SAS Badlands with SAS takeoffs and 6112 kit with the front circlips on the top groove (#6?) No other suspension mods.
Looks like the inner wheel must be banging the UCA. Passenger side has no marks/dents, just the drivers side.
What...
I have a deep PPE pan on the way and was looking back through to make sure I have what I need to make the swap. I looked at the plastic pan and I see the stud bolts, six I believe, but I am not sure why they are there. Any ideas why Ford used them instead of just going with all regular bolts?
Ok so this morning here in the Midwest it is in the 60's and unusually cool. "Winter is Coming" The challenge is to post a photo of your Bronco in the snow.
Are you saying 3/8" clamps would work better instead of 1/4"? Is that so you would not have to cut the sheating to fit the clamp over it?
I have an ARB diff cover on the way and want to make sure I have everything I need on hand to make the swap.
Thought they said a couple of days ago they were taking these of their website and not taking anymore preorders:

I am going through and sorting out all the hardware before my install tomorrow and I remembered seeing this. Here is what I think is going on:
The black M6 nylon packers (Part#5848302) you have pictured above are to be used in step #48 between the large and small license plate brackets. (pics...
Well so much for that. I was working on some things so I had my radio scanning while I was in the shop. After nearly 2 hours later, the G1 never shut off.
I emailed RT Systems and they tested it. Long story short- "Auto Off" does not work and will be remeoved from the programing software in...
PCM's can be calibrated for a different tire size using Forscan, Ford Performance Pro-Cal Tuner, and I think there are a couple of other options out there now. No different than the several hundred, if not thousands, of Bronco owners who have added larger tires. Been running the Sas 35"...
Ok I think I have an answer for you for Question #2:
If you go to the channel you want to save as P1 and do a "long press" on the P1 button on the radio, that channel will be saved as P1. Same for P2 and HWY. The accepted HWY Channel is 19 but I beleive you can save any programmed channel...
I am sure I am the only one here who told their wife/husband they were not going to make any changes :)
I truly did not intend to make any changes other than the wheels and tires for while, at least not until after the warranty was about up. But then my son, who bought a 23 Heritage, and I...
I am nore sure who you are referring too but nobody voted you to be the comment police and nobody is forcing you to read anything. You can be an adult and scroll past.
To the contrary, I have not seen a single comment here that has been uncivil. This post like many of the post on this forum...
