  1. What aftermarket wheels for 2021+ Bronco do you want?

FYI - I've been in contact with Detroit Steel Wheel. detroitsteelwheel.com Me: "Sales - Will you be making wheels for the new Bronco? I’m getting a Big Bend, 17ā€x 7.5ā€ wheel, 55mm offset. I think the bore is 93.1 mm. I know it’s a big offset. I’m looking for something close. And I really...
  2. 33" on Big Bend

I think Toyo Open Country AT3 comes in a 255/80/17 that should work on a BB.
  3. Big News: Mass Bronco production to begin March 29th (Note: Job 1 Date Unchanged) šŸ—“

I can’t take all this excitement. I converted to order this morning. Now this. I hope my heart can take it.
  4. Decision Day

Get the auto. Buy the vehicle that you'll need for years down the road, not the one that you want for now. I wanted a stick when I bought my 2001 corvette. Now 20 years later, I'm glad I bought the auto.
  5. Give me your thoughts on my 2021 vs. 2022 Conundrum

Exactly! If you're old or need a vehicle now, get the 2021. Us old people can't sit around waiting - missing a year of Bronco driving is huge - who knows how long we'll be able to enjoy a Bronco or even if we'll be able to drive a Bronco next year.
  6. In-Person Closeup Pics of 2-Door Bronco Wildtrak at Ricart Ford + Impressions

The top looks better. But it would look great if it (and flares and grille)were the same color as the B pillar
  7. Late 2022 Delivery?!?

I think that most dealers will take advantage of being able to sell 20% of their allocation from their lots. Especially those dealers selling below MSRP to those making reservations. They will easily sell Broncos from their lots for more $ than MSRP. We've been thinking that we move up in line...
  8. Are you happy?

I might be happy if I had a Bronco by now. I expected July 2020 res, September 2020 order, and Bronco delivery by now. Didn't happen. Don't know if/when I'll get one.
  9. Who else is caught in the in-between vehicles lurch?

Need a Bronco to replace my corvette, since I can't get in and out of it like I used to. But the wait is killing me. I want something by this summer. So I might get a Jeep now. Drive it until August and then decide whether or not to order a 22 Bronco.
  10. Front license plate placement on Antimatter Blue Base Bronco

Looks like an afterthought. Like somebody just slapped it on there.
  11. So we stealing the wave or...

Lots of waves out there. Corvettes for at least the last 20 years. Jeeps. And I’ll occasionally get waves from fellow F-150’s, snowplows, mailmen, ups drivers, tractors and other work machinery when I’m driving my F-150. So I think a Bronco wave is appropriate.
  12. Well, I bought a JeepšŸ˜†

I’m having the same dilemma. Wait for a Bronco or get a jeep. So I made a flow chart
  13. Black Diamond 32's vs 33's. How much of a difference?

It does, but I think there is more clearance vertically. Especially for me - I’m only going 1/2ā€ higher.
  14. Black Diamond 32's vs 33's. How much of a difference?

Yes just taller. I don't want to increase width. I don't want add'l width to cause possible rubbing issues. I was looking at the Toyo Open Country AT3. in 255/80/17. It's 33", but it is an E class tire. Weighs 50 lbs. 16.3/32 tread depth Also looking at Bridgestone KO2's 255/75/17 45.5 lbs...
  15. Black Diamond 32's vs 33's. How much of a difference?

It's not only tire size - it's tread too. I just put 32" Ko2's on my F150, replacing the 32" AS tires. The more aggressive tread made a world of difference in appearance. I plan on getting a BB and replacing the tires with a more aggressive tread tire, maybe going with 33's, but the same width...
  16. Who's bought a vehicle sight unseen before?

Only once - a 1977 Pontic Grand Prix that I ordered. Every other purchase I test drove the vehicle that I bought off the lot.
  17. Front license plate mount location closeup pic

A little bit of both, but mostly sarcastic. If I don't like where the front bracket goes, I won't put it on. Getting a 22 will give us some good looks at 21's so that we will know how to handle the situation when our Broncos come in. I'm ok without having a front plate even though required in...
  18. Front license plate mount location closeup pic

I won’t back out based solely on the license plate location. But coupled with other snafus, delays, and late availabilities sure gets a person looking at other options.
