  1. What lift would be necessary for 305/70/17 tires on a big bend?

I don’t know why people think you need a lift in order to run tires that the Sasquatch can run. Unless you change bumpstops, a lift doesn’t change anything. Either a wheel well has room for the tire or it doesn’t. You either have enough space to clear the suspension components or you don’t...
  2. Interesting MPG comparison before/after mods

Our Broncos are based off a pickup truck chassis. It’s just a different truck in the range.
  3. Interesting MPG comparison before/after mods

Nothing counterintuitive at all if you step back and consider what’s happening. Larger tire sizes are like changing a final drive ratio. You have worse acceleration, but a higher speed at any given RPM. The aerodynamic changes are limited here given the modest change in ride height. Finally...
  4. All-new Bronco model / variant spied in China

I was thinking it was a Bronco version of a Maverick. Braverick?
  5. How much off-pavement duty does your Bronco see?

I’m fortunate in that my daily commute involves 6-7 miles of dirt/gravel roads. There are times where the ride is actually better than on some of the poorly paved roads we have, and certainly much better than sitting in bumper to bumper traffic! While these roads could be travelled in a...
  6. NEW EZ4x4 GIVEAWAY – Win a Free Set of Aluminum Tube Doors ($1,000+ Value)

Having those panels would definitely be nice for those 1.5 hour trips to hit up a trail, and when dealing with branches as you ride along.
  7. My New MEK Magnet Armor

Will it stick over existing PPF?
  8. Anyone want to take one for the team? JUSN side steps

I wonder how quickly I’d get them pock marked from gravel. Even with Rokblokz XL long flaps, the front edge of my rear flares are rough from gravel strikes.
  9. Anyone want to take one for the team? JUSN side steps

What kind of blemishes? Obviously they’re going to wear and get dinged, so was it that bad?
  10. Anyone want to take one for the team? JUSN side steps

Is there a full rubber lining on the brackets to prevent scuffing the rock rails? How feasible does regular removal/installation seem?
  11. New poster, long time lurker. Some help please!

That’s only correct if the pump shuts off reliably at the exact same full capacity. That’s a big assumption.
  12. New poster, long time lurker. Some help please!

I paid nowhere near that for my Badlands Sasquatch w/2.7L, painted top, etc. It was mid 50s for a 2024 just a few months ago.
  13. New poster, long time lurker. Some help please!

Not universally true, but perhaps true for many. If you want a bit of a lift and to be able to run bigger tires, getting it from the factory that way is the best choice.
  14. New poster, long time lurker. Some help please!

And as I understand it, the Fox ones are smoother over rough stuff, but don’t have as much travel. So basically, the question is what type of off-roading. For crawling, the Bilsteins might be better, but for other uses the Fox will be better.
  15. New poster, long time lurker. Some help please!

I have a 2024 Badlands Sasquatch Just did a road trip - 350+ miles each way, and it was fine. Not as good as a Volvo, but it’s better off road than our Volvo was. Fuel economy is worse than our 4Runner was, but I like the seats better and the performance is far better. Cargo capacity and back...
  16. Model Name on Vehicle Title

The Escape is classified as a truck per the EPA. So is the Subaru Crosstrek, as I recall. All for CAFE purposes.
  17. I guess steps really aren’t necessary with the Sasquatch package

I’m poetry in motion when I get in..although it’s pretty bad poetry. I’ve gone with PPF on the doors and Rokblokz mudflaps. They’ve done well, although nothing can prevent the random rock that I’ll fling up and hit my own windshield with.
  18. I guess steps really aren’t necessary with the Sasquatch package

Visiting family and totally forgot to bring a footstool to help my aunts in and out of the Bronco. First aunt says she doesn’t need steps, and using the built in handle and the paracord handle I installed climbs in with surprising ease. She’s 83 years old, and not much above 5’ tall. A...
  19. New ADV hood installed.

Wonder what happens at high speeds on freeway from an aerodynamic standpoint.
