Ford rep will not disclose damage nor provide pictures. Damage waiver would release Ford. So gamble on a vehicle that had PDR and maybe water interior damage or get put in the back of the line w/o price protection. Sad that Ford is doing this to me who already owns 2 ford vehicles and father...

Things just got worse.... Vehicle arrived to dealer with memo inside the vehicle stating damage was $7500. Dealer called and stated Ford Rep says: "customer can accept the vehicle but must sign damage waiver and accept". ~"Price is NOT discounted to dealer thus customer must pay full price."...
