The Fun-Runner popped a rack at Moab. Had their upgraded Tie-Rods, paired with Stock Rack. Was told it's the standard one, not the HOSS 3.0 upgraded rack.
IMHO, ball joints are better in single shear suspension components than rod ends/heims. They tend to have similar strength and have far more...
I would still give a call into Ford and explain the situation. There are protocols in place for A/Z/D/X plan purchases.
when no a dealer sells through the program, they don’t loose money on the deal. Typically there are incentives that they get back in return and in this case they can...
If you had in writing that your Z-plan would be accepted and now that it’s time to take delivery and they are refusing, call Ford. Doesn’t matter if the dealer changed hands.
Also as a Z-plan buyer, the dealer is not allowed to “force” you to buy add ons. Read your plan rules.
The HOSS 3.0 Fox Struts are non-adjustable.
They are Internal Bypass and should work better then the HOSS Bilstien set-up.
They will likely be un-obtainium unless someone orders for the HD Rack and takes them off for aftermarket coilovers.
This is one of the options I wanted since day one. Last year I heard it was going to be an available accessory. Really stinks if it's a Factory only option.

If I had an educated guess, based on wheel travel between all models, the droop travel is likely...
I'm interested in the HOSS 3.0 on my non-SAS Badlands.
Waiting for takeoffs from someone who bought the upgrade for the rack and steering, and then upgraded to coilovers. Pretty common in the Raptor crowd.
"Clean" means there are no order constrains at time the order was placed.
Constrained commodities change weekly, but as of now, you might be surprised how quickly you'll get scheduled.
