  1. Exploring off-the-shelf tie rod upgrades

The Fun-Runner popped a rack at Moab. Had their upgraded Tie-Rods, paired with Stock Rack. Was told it's the standard one, not the HOSS 3.0 upgraded rack. IMHO, ball joints are better in single shear suspension components than rod ends/heims. They tend to have similar strength and have far more...
  2. Dealer Add-Ons, are they legal in California?

Hearing from people on this forum, many dealers will. Just need to ask up front when ordering
  3. Dealer Add-Ons, are they legal in California?

I would still give a call into Ford and explain the situation. There are protocols in place for A/Z/D/X plan purchases. when no a dealer sells through the program, they don’t loose money on the deal. Typically there are incentives that they get back in return and in this case they can...
  4. Dealer Add-Ons, are they legal in California?

Ford only excluded Bronco from “X-plan” A/Z/D is allowed and can be found on the plan portal.
  5. Dealer Add-Ons, are they legal in California?

If you had in writing that your Z-plan would be accepted and now that it’s time to take delivery and they are refusing, call Ford. Doesn’t matter if the dealer changed hands. Also as a Z-plan buyer, the dealer is not allowed to “force” you to buy add ons. Read your plan rules.
  6. Any Fox / King review yet?

The HOSS 3.0 Fox Struts are non-adjustable. They are Internal Bypass and should work better then the HOSS Bilstien set-up. They will likely be un-obtainium unless someone orders for the HD Rack and takes them off for aftermarket coilovers.
  7. Bronco Off-Roadeo Moab

Headed to Moab first weekend in June. Looking forward to it.
  8. Slide-Out Tailgate Availability

This is one of the options I wanted since day one. Last year I heard it was going to be an available accessory. Really stinks if it's a Factory only option.
  9. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

@Catmandu great write up. Any chance you might have taken a note of the PNs for the soft top side panels?
  10. Soft Top Help

Anyone happen to get a PN on these 2 pieces?

  12. How Did you Lift your Badlands Sasquatch (& CV Angles)

Not much feedback on them yet. Here's one guy who installed a RC diff drop. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/rc-diff-drop-kit-arrived.33003/
  13. Anyway to "order" King Coilovers without paying up front and waiting a year?

Check with the dealer you are ordering from. In some states, it's illegal to charge you the full amount until the product ships or is delivered.
  14. How Did you Lift your Badlands Sasquatch (& CV Angles)

Swaybars, disconnectable or full time acting, do not determine drop and wheel travel. You don’tget extra travel from the disconnection. Swaybars only limit the travel differential between each side. If I had an educated guess, based on wheel travel between all models, the droop travel is likely...
  15. Availability of HOSS 3.0 parts

I'm interested in the HOSS 3.0 on my non-SAS Badlands. Waiting for takeoffs from someone who bought the upgrade for the rack and steering, and then upgraded to coilovers. Pretty common in the Raptor crowd.
  16. How Did you Lift your Badlands Sasquatch (& CV Angles)

I don't follow this comment. Swaybar disconnect or not, droop travel and max CV angle are the same.
  17. Dealer says my bronco order is “clean”

"Clean" means there are no order constrains at time the order was placed. Constrained commodities change weekly, but as of now, you might be surprised how quickly you'll get scheduled.
