Mine has the squeaky clutch pedal periiodically. Sometimes shifting is still notchy but it's getting better as it wears in.

So I purchased the remote keypad for the door after I got my Bronco. I thought you could program it yourself, but turns out the 36-digit code needs to be entered using FDRS (dealership wanted to charge $165 to install it). Can it be programmed using FORScan instead?
