Embarrassing Update: I put the upper track bar bolt, the one that fastens the track bar to the frame, in backwards such that it was sticking out over the axles and brake lines. It's a long bolt, longer than it needs to be. You don't see the interference when you have it up on the lift and...

I did recheck it. Seemed like axle was about 3/16” to one side. I adjusted it but nit Well .... I did the same thing. Dang it. That's why it only had 1" of travel. Thanks for the warning, but it was too late.

I did a quick measurement and it looked centered but perhaps i'll take more time to check it with a laser or something.

I'm following this. It seems like a hard (plastic) flap will get torn off on a rock while wheeling. Maybe a rubber flap would survive. Thoughts on that?
