If they cannot give you railcar information, my speculation is it either didn't ship at all or it went convoy. I contacted Ford Chat just a few minutes ago and asked for my railcar information with my shipment being notified as of yesterday. They easily provided it to me.

Heard back from dealer. They confirmed my vehicle was damaged which is causing the delay. No details.

Dealer told me their GM followed up with Ford about this.......confirmed damage, but they didn't confirm what kind of damage. He just said "Normally it would probably be just a bumper or a fender which they would just replace." If either one of those were true, I still don't know why it takes...
